Clean & efficient laundry mat!
I use their wash & fold delivery when my apartment building’s washers are broken (or my laundry is too backed up) since I don’t have a car. It’s decently priced for the service, and they do a great job folding the clothes even when they are put in the drop off bags.

The washing machines and dryers are in excellent working condition, consistently clean, and are diligently maintained daily by the laundry staff.
However, there is a significant concern regarding the premises: the laundry staff permits a woman, who appears to be homeless, to approach customers for money. Unfortunately, she persists even after being politely declined, often staying close to customers as they manage their laundry, and continues to ask for money. Her presence can be quite intrusive, as she may follow customers around, disrupting their privacy. Additionally, there’s uncertainty about her actions during her visits, such as the possibility of her tampering with unattended laundry, given that the laundry staff does not intervene.

Why pay for laundry drop off service when your apartment building has machines that work fine, are fairly priced and are conveniently located?
I asked myself these questions as well, but I'm here to inform you that dropping my laundry off at Easy Breezy has improved my life by saving me countless hours of time and loads of mental energy (pun intended).
Their price-per-pound is very reasonable, my clothes smell fresher than I've ever been able to achieve and are folded so well that I can just toss them into my drawers.
I realize this is a review both for Easy Breezy as well as the general concept of laundry drop-off but, to summarize, I can't recommend this place enough!

Do not do your own laundry here. THEY CHARGE YOU $10 A MACHINE WITHOUT NOTICE IF YOU USE CARD.
(Edit- I figured the whole $10 thing being a deposit was obvious, either way there was no clear notice posted. Also, the last event happened weeks ago. The state of the laundromat [e.g. unkempt, broken machines] remained constant over the 2 or 3 months I used their facility. I have taken my time since to thing prior to writing a review as I like to think before I post)
I am rarely one to write a bad review, I just want to warn others. My laundry was relatively clean, otherwise I would give them a zero.I went initially because their machines take debit cards. I noticed over the few months I went there, that normally a fifth of the machines are noted as not usable, which wasn't necessarily a problem since they arent usually too busy. The facility- minus their actual machines- feels unclean to me; stained laminate, scuffed walls etc. I was fine with this as it had a convenient location. The final straw was them refusing to give me a refund or, at bare minimum, transferring my funds to a different machine. I had inadvertently swiped my card on an $8 machine this most recent trip, and had noticed just as I was about to add detergent and press the start button that the machine had a small yellow post it that read "no hot water". I went over to the young woman who was attending the place and kindly explained what had happened, and before I even finished my sentence she intertupted me and informed me that they wouldn't be able to refund me. I was upset, but I walked away without responding and finished my laundry. There was no sign or any kind of notice about them not giving refunds. Come to find out, they charged me $10 for every machine that I used, rather than the listed prices of $8, $6, and $4. I paid $50 for what should've been a roughly $30 visit. There was no sign about this, either. Never going back.

It is unheard of with how cold it is and there is no heating in this laundry...so expensive and the owner does not offer heating for the client...terrible

We used the drop off service. Friendly and clean and it was ready on time. Lots of high capacity washers and dryers there too--I know where to go to wash our comforters.
