I actually go to this place to buy electronics. They always give me the best deals. Everyone in NYC tried to charge me $700 for an IPhone 11 Pro Max but they only charged me $650 here. Staff is so friendly and kind and they always have so many MacBooks available. I loved buying used electronics but I feel more safe buying it from an actual store and well known seller

They have the hugest selection of MacBooks and cameras and all the items I've gotten over the years I've never had one issue. I trust them more than eBay or local people trying to sell. Definitely recommend these guys they're great.

I had to repair my phone. It was fast and easy service. Plus, he was very affordable. I went to 3 other stores before Equa techs and he quoted me the cheapest price and fastest service. Phone is working well now.

My Samsung Galaxy S9 wouldn't charge sometime, and if it did it would stop charging. Took my phone into Ecuatechs and the technician told me my charging port was broken; and he could have it fixed the day of. He had it fixed in an hour. Competitive price, lower than two shops I called down the street.

I needed a Samsung Sprint S10 Unlocked to all carriers because I was going overseas. My flight was in 2 days and I put it aside for too long I work in the six corners area and made a few calls. A handful of stores gave me a 1-3 day turnaround time to unlock the device; I couldn't wait that long. Ecuatechs was the only one that guaranteed the same day Unlock. I brought in the device and the technician told me it would be done in 10 minutes! 10 minutes later it really was unlocked; I couldn't believe it! He demonstrated other SIM cards and other carriers really did work! Highly recommend Ecuatechs! Honest quality work.

My first time cracking my phone and Ecuatechs was the only store that was opened at 6PM on a Sunday night, thank God. I walked in and the technician greeted me right away asked what I needed and got to work immediately. He said it would be finished in 40 minutes so I waited in store; he finished in 20 minutes. He stated all parts were Apple original. Showed me all the screws were back in the same place. He had nothing to hide. Competitive pricing, quality parts, efficient, professional. No complaints. I would refer anyone that needs quick and quality repairs to come here. Parking - Plenty of free street parking.

Took my phone in because it had a cracked screen got it back with a messed up battery and says it was my fault I didn't even drop it after I got it back. Such bad service in every way never ever going back. And also gave me a new back told me her so I don't have deal with you again don't recommend them at all not even a refund back!

Enrique was very professional help me with my galaxy s7 edge, after Verizon told me that it was my phone hardware and not software related and there wasn't anything that they can do and you needed a new phone. The phone wouldn't go to 4g lte, but able to see 3g network after an update. He worked on the phone for over 3 hrs and was able to get the phone back to the way it came from the factory, I would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs help with the phone software or hardware related issues

I was hoping to get an iPad screen repaired. Listed weekday hours are 11AM-8PM. I pulled up to the store at 11:45AM this morning and no one was there. I called the store number and left a voicemail, Enrique quickly called back and said he would be in store at 5PM and unfortunately had no one to cover the store during the day today. I agreed to meet him at 5pm. I arrived at 5:09pm and no one was in the store. Again, I called the number and Enrique answered. I asked if he was still planning to come in as it was 5pm, he said he was on his way and would arrive shortly. After twenty minutes (at 530pm) of waiting outside in the cold I left. How unprofessional and inconsiderate. I did not get to use their services, but why should I give someone my business and trust someone to get things done on time when they can't honor their own appointments?

Excellent customer service and quality work for a great price. Ecua-Techs repaired our cracked iPad screen in one day, and charged us less than quoted because the damage wasn't as bad as originally thought. Also, helped us with a minor tech issue when we picked it up. Tech savvy and friendly.

Seen an ad on Facebook about this place so I decided to give them a shot. Had a broken LCD and screen on my iPhone 6s. Guy was very professional, job took him about 30 minutes and the price was only $140. Definately recommend this place to anyone

Enrique is very knowledgeable and will help in any way to fix your phone quickly. My phone's motherboard is completely shot, but he did his best to figure out the problem without charging me each time. His services are fast, accurate, and affordable! Definitely less expensive than the other guys!
