If I could give this location zero stars I would terrible customer service no one picks up the phone to help with their mistakes. I ordered a Valentine’s Day package a week earlier to be delivered on Valentine’s Day at a place of business and based off the location I had to use this location I had no choice in the matter. So while checking the tracking status of the order I see it’s not out for delivery so I think nothing of it couple hours later I see it’s still not out for delivery so now I try to figure out what’s going on so i proceed with calling the number I was told to call so I call twice back to back with no answer once I realize I’m not gonna get an answer I contacted customer service which is also very poor but that’s a whole other story put a pin in that. So I’m trying to inquire about my order and give a detailed account of the situation and two hours go by and nothing so I go back to the website and open a case to request a cancellation and refund since the window of delivery I was hoping for had passed and I no longer wanted the order. So now I actually get a call back from someone from the store this phone call last less than two minutes I was told that all the orders for this town are delayed and I asked way and was told that the city suffered a main water break and caused flooding and traffic but what he didn’t know was that I’m a mail carrier in Evanston and my route is in the area of the flooding which was an isolated incident that effected a few blocks not the entire town of Evanston so I told him I’m actually in Evanston right now drove in from Chicago and had no issues with traffic and the delivery address is miles away from the incident so I’m confused to what the real issues are so I tell him you know what I’m not gonna argue with you and say ok so the delivery can’t be done no big deal will try again next year so since the order wasn’t made and a delivery attempt wasn’t made let’s cancel the order and refund me and before I finish my sentence he says one second and proceeds to put me on hold after 36 minutes I realize he ain’t coming back so I hang up I call two more times and no answer the store closes at 8 pm supposedly it’s 1 pm at this point I started this search for answers at 11 am but this was the first and last time I spoke with an actual person after this i call the customer service again but get put on hold after 20 minutes I hang up call again and get a prompt offering to call me back and I wouldn’t lose my place in line 3 hours go by I never receive a phone call back now my shift is done it’s 5 pm and finally try the customer service chat I tell the bot I need an agent 45 minutes later no agent needless to say edible arrangements is trash and I never received a refund almost feel like if by ignoring my request for one they’ll still fill the order so they don’t have to refund me even if they missed the desired date I wanted which by not delivering literally and figuratively our contract should be null and void but hey just keep not answering your phone for customers. Beware of this location

I've used this location twice for deliveries for work. Both times they were extremely friendly and helpful. I needed to send a get well care package and it was during the valentines holiday. Despite the fact that I know they were completely swamped, they still made me feel welcome and they were happy to help once again. Excellent service! Thank you!

I placed an order online to receive an edible arrangement to surprise my husband on Saturday the 15th, as a Father’s Day gift. However I received it Saturday the 8th in the evening instead. I didn’t want to send the basket back because the delivery driver didn’t know what to do, he said his job was to just drop off the arrangements. So I kept the basket and my husband got his surprise very early. Aside from the missed delivery date. The fruit tasted amazing. But I will say for $99 it sure seemed to have more Kale than fruit/ chocolate covered fruit than expected. I did try to call to correct the issue but the store had already closed being that we got our delivery 5 minutes before 9:00pm… also don’t mind the X and O pieces missing from the basket photo.. my husband and my daughter ate those before I could get a picture. Don’t get me wrong he loved his gift. But I wish there was more fruit and that it was delivered on the date I selected.

Business owner Anita and her family stopped by our dealership last week and took delivery of a brand new Grecale! They personally delivered this wonderful edible arrangement - WOW! A fantastic business owner, we appreciate her being a loyal customer going above and beyond.

Today, I called needing to cancel my order and Anita answered the phone, she was an angel on the other line...patient, compassionate and beyond amazing. This will be the only edible I use in the 60630 zipcode. Anita is the reason there are good humans in the world.. she treated me like family and her kind words made my day as I attempt to be supportive for my person! I have also had an arrangement delivered before and it was wonderful.

I placed an order at 11 a.m. My partner was waiting all-day for the order. I called and they told me that they complete orders in the order they were received mind you, she stays 5 minutes away from this location. I will never be shopping here again. I paid $16 for delivery and still ended up having to pick up my order.
