I ordered a birthday package for 1-hour delivery. After calling the store multiple times throughout the day and talking to the store attendant, the package did not get delivered.
They ruined my day, my plans and the special occasion.
Most unprofessional place.

After a bit of miscommunication, our arrangement was accidentally delivered to the wrong address. Luis helped make things right by offering to send the order again. He worked with me to ensure the arrangement was successfully delivered and our friends loved it. Thank you for putting a smile on all of our faces!

You are the BEST!!! Thank you for delivering the large Birthday Treat Extravaganza tray for my daughter’s party. The dessert and fruit were presented beautifully and the selection was spot on with fresh fruit and just as advertised! Delivery was made as requested and the “tray” is beautiful - truly a feast for the eyes and tummies! Thank you, Dearborn Chicago location’’s staff for taking the time to ensure the quality and excellent standards of Edible Arrangements.

The combination of juicy, fresh fruit and mouthwatering chocolate-covered strawberries was a total hit. It had the perfect balance of flavors and made for a festive and tasty addition to my Thanksgiving feast. The presentation was fantastic, too. I highly recommend trying the Gobble Gobble platter from Edible Arrangements for a scrumptious and festive treat! ???

This Edible Arrangements location has excellent service & provides outstanding quality of products! When I called to place an order, the staff helped me pick out the perfect bouquet for my occasion and for my price range. They were super helpful and made the process go very smoothly. Edible arrangements is a one stop shop. The customer service is amazing. They helped me with all my questions and got me what I needed for all my gifts for the holidays!! So delicious and fast delivery on top of it!! Highly recommend the caramel apples and dipped strawberries!!
