I came in today with a bad headache and decided to book a 90-minute massage at Elements Massage for some self-care and to become a member. When I arrived, I spoke with the new front desk associate and mentioned that I didn’t have my wallet or physical credit cards with me. I asked if I could use tap-to-pay and then call later from home to provide my card information for the membership. She said that would be fine.
I booked a 90-minute massage with Rhys, and he was fantastic, my headache was completely gone by the end, and I truly enjoyed his work.
However, when I went to check out, the front desk associate suddenly told me I couldn’t get the member rate without first having a card on file and would have to pay full price. This was not what we agreed upon before my session. I explained that I was told it would be fine, but instead of offering a helpful solution, she kept saying there was “a miscommunication” and didn’t take responsibility for giving me incorrect information.
This situation was unnecessarily stressful, especially right after a 90-minute massage meant to help me relax. I even live just three minutes away and could have easily brought my card back or called right after leaving.
I’m leaving this review because I think the situation could have been handled with more understanding and flexibility, especially for a new member. The customer service at the front desk truly impacted my overall experience, even though Rhys was amazing.

Leslie gave me a great deep tissue massage, working hard on my tense areas (as opposed to giving equal pressure all over, regardless of muscle tension). When I asked for a bit more pressure here and a bit less pressure there, she quickly accommodated. It was a great massage! The lady at the desk was also very attentive and sweet.
My only complaint is that you pay for a massage but don't get the full amount of time as they factor in 5 mins to undress and 5 mins to dress. This is mentioned in other reviews and Leslie told me prior to the massage- so it was not a surprise for me. However, for the price of a quality massage, I don't think it's right to be stingy on this: a 120-minute massage should equal 120 minutes of hands-on work.

Rodmon did a wonderful full body massage. Very relaxing. I needed more time spent on my shoulders and lower back and he did just that.

They are still charging my account.
I notified them of my cancellation again .They confirmed cancellation (again).
I was charged (again) for a cancelled membership.
HOW IS THIS LEGAL?!

I visited this message place as 1st time. I love it. I had severe back/shoulder pain and I searched online for a place. I really like they offer various time frames and availability. I had high stress level and Leslie did an amazing job. My shoulder pain decreased and will return tu treat myself for more massages. That you for your amazing service and for making me feel comfortable.

What can I say.... I had an AMAZING massage from Leslie. The way she worked her hands, the rhythm of the movement, in constant motion producing heat ...... I had to second guess because I thought the massage movements was a tool/machinery of some sort.... But no, that was the magic of her hands, and it felt AMAZING!!!
She lit every single part of the body from neck, shoulders all the way down to feet- front and back. And this was all done in 1 hour. I can't believe how alive my muscles, nerves, 6th sense felt.... I honestly didn't want her to stop. It was that relaxing and enjoyable.
I haven't received a whole lot of massages in my life .... but this was hands down the BEST massage so far and the magic was all done with the talent of her hands . I cannot wait to book again with her!

The most perfect massage! Christine was so calm and comforting, used the perfect amount of pressure, and has the softest hands I’ve ever felt!! Front staff was incredibly kind & helpful, especially Kimberly. Found $2.50/hr street parking 1 block south on wabash. My only complaint is that the 1hr massage is not a full hour, for what you’re paying I would expect a full 60min of massage.

Having chronic pain for 20 years, it can be difficult to find a massage therapist who understands what I need and doesn't make it worse. Lina knows exactly where to go and the deep pressure I need to actually help heal me. I love Lina!

The staff here are very friendly. The lobby is peaceful with hot tea options. If you do the monthly massage, the prices are competitive. Clenisha is hands down my favorite therapist! She is excellent!!

This was my first time ever getting a full body massage and everyone made my experience a great one. Alex was very informative handled me well. The ease of service from the receptionist to the masseuse was great. Will definitely be returning in the near future.
