I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Elite Sales & Service Inc. From start to finish, they treated me like royalty. Special thanks to Max, who went so far above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He didn’t hesitate to scan the car for me, made sure I had a brand-new radio with Apple CarPlay and a backup camera, personally drove the car to a Kia dealership to resolve an open recall, arranged a full inspection while it was there, and even picked up my trade-in right from my house. That level of service is almost unheard of these days, and I was honestly taken aback by the care and pride he takes in making sure customers are well taken care of.
Steven also deserves huge kudos for handling all of my paperwork so smoothly, including the transfer of my plates. He was kind, professional, and made the process completely stress-free.
Both Max and Steven were incredibly accommodating and showed genuine care. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ll definitely be coming back here for all of my future car needs. Highly recommend Elite Sales & Service Inc. to anyone looking for not just a car, but an amazing buying experience.

Bought a 2012 BMW with 65k miles for an absolute deal. If you you’re looking to get a vehicle here Steve is amazing and very communicative. I see a lot of the one star reviews are about something going wrong in the vehicle, my advice would be to get a warranty from somewhere like endurance. I haven’t had a single issue but when one does inevitably come up (the car is 13 years old it’s expected) you’re covered. Overall if I wasn’t moving across the country I’d buy here again

Please listen to the other 1 star reviews! I bought a 2010 Mercedes c300 back in September of 2023. Only had 64k miles on it and I thought I got a really good deal. I put 3,000 into it just to get it in full working condition. There was 1 brand new tire and 3 old ones (mismatched tires on a 4MATIC…), needed a coolant thermostat (there was no check engine light, they cleared the code), and the front control arms were busted. For what I paid I wasn’t upset about the money but I didn’t like that they didn’t disclose these issues, especially the tires since it would’ve destroyed the drivetrain had I not gotten it serviced right away. They did present all the car fax and that’s on me for thinking it would be fine to buy a “fixed up” auction car. These 5 star reviews probably got lucky or had issues later on. Save your time and money!!

I just had my Kia Sorento serviced here after a “reputable” auto shop in Evanston quoted me $3,000 for a repair. I spoke to Max and he re-diagnosed the issue and realized the original auto shop diagnostics was incorrect. Max repaired my car within one day at a FRACTION on the cost! Total life savers!

Please be CAREFUL when purchasing a vehicle from this place. These cars are not in the best conditions to be sold. I just purchase a SUV and the check engine & EPC light turned on. I took it back to get it fixed, well according to them it was a misfired , so they claimed they had replaced all spark plugs. Well I took a long drive the next couple of days and this time it was worst. I checked and not 1 single spark plug had been replaced. I had to do a complete tune up to the suv, and the exhaust pipe was also broken. Hopefully this will solve all the issues and nothing major happens. Danny seems to be a nice charming guy, but the way they performed business is just not right. Have they have been honest, I would have done it myself and not expose my family.

I went to go look at a vehicle and they weren’t able to take it out of the location it was in. We had a deal made already. They asked me to come back at noon the next day to be able to test drive it. I came at the time they requested just for them to tell me they had sold it.

Wow I came in today not really expecting to get in a car today but I came back to the same place with a totally different experience . Quentin really went out of his way to make sure I was happy when I left and I can truly say I am…. I wanted a 3rd row I got it I wanted a newer car I got it Quentin was excellent….
