I came here so nervous and with no hope that I would qualify for a loan. I had spoken before with Chyna over the phone to make my appointment and she was sweetest person and at my appointment I was take care of by Brian. Brian was so welcoming, kind and even made me feel like it was possible to get a loan with my low credit. Brian and the team made it possible for me to get a car at the end after being so nervous and was feeling sick. Thank you Brian and the team at this enterprise location đ„čâ€ïž if youâre new at getting a car or someone who has cars and would like to feel being taken care of please ask for Brian Stasiak! When purchasing from here, make sure you thoroughly check everything before finalizing your sale. You would think that buying a used car from a large company like Enterprise means the vehicles are well-maintained, but that wasnât my experience. I was sold a car with bad brakes and rotors. When I called and spoke with Jasmine about it, she claimed they had just been replaced when I purchased the vehicle â which turned out to be untrue. My mechanic confirmed the brakes and rotors were in poor condition, and the car started making strange noises after only three weeks. Very disappointing experience.

Terrible experience from start to finish. The car I bought was infested with bugs, and it took two rounds of cleaning before it was barely acceptable. While my car was at their dealership and detail shop, personal items were stolen, and they even removed my city sticker, which is required by state law. They had my car for three weeks, and just two weeks after I got it back, the check engine light came on.
Mind you I was told they did an inspection of the car.
Iâve called multiple times asking for a managerâJasmine, Stefan, and Amy Popperâbut no one ever returns calls or emails. Their warranty is a total scamâthey tell you itâs just a $100 deductible, but thatâs false. I still had to pay $600.00 out of pocket for repairs.
Enterprise Car Sales is dishonest, unprofessional, and unresponsive. Save yourself the stressâdo not buy from them.

Never try to contact their in-house team after auto sale for any questions. Youâll never obtain the customer respect you deserve. Iâve tried 4 times, each with a simple direction and obtained no response. Good luck. Unprofessional sales and manager. Take it from a manager at an international airline responsible for a130 personnel.

It became absolutely clear that this was a case of bait and switch. My husband reached out to schedule a test drive of a vehicle that had âjust arrivedâ according to the website. However, I found out later that the sales person asked him about other vehicles he might be interested in. My husband said no, we just want to test drive the Acadia. My husband was out of town so I had to do it. It took me over half an hour to drive in city traffic to get there. When I got there, I was interviewed as well as to what kind of cars we already own and what would we be interested in test driving. I said I am just here to test drive via Acaydia. And I had to say it more than once. Then he confessed that he had just found out that the Acadia was not there yet, and it was on the truck, on its way. I immediately knew that the sales person was being deceptive because of the interview process we went through first. On my way home, I realized that he was lying because he interviewed my husband over the phone, asking the same questions. Now I wonder if the bait and switch Extends to the website. Basically saying that the vehicle was labeled as just arrived to lure people to their location to try to sell them a different vehicle. Well, the jokes on you because we will never deal with enterprise sales again. You were dishonest and deceptive and lost all future sales. The entirety of enterprise will no longer begin our business. The only thing youâre getting from us is this bad review. And you shouldnât receive any stars, but I canât post this without choosing one.

I just bought a 2023 Audi Q5 S line on 9/22:25 from the 3800 N Western Chicago location. My salesperson was Stephen was my Car Angel my first experience was on 9/20/25 I bought a 2023 Jeep Laredo 4x4 I liked it at first but decided to use the Enterprise 7 day refund or get another vehicle. I had a great experience viewing and purchasing my car from here. Stephen was super helpful and patient. He took his time getting to know what I would appreciate in a vehicle and immediately found me what I was looking for.
The store manger was also very friendly and made sure to greet us when we first arrived and checked in about our experience at the end. Great customer service - they seem to genuinely care about their customers.
The trade in process was seamless. They offered a very fair price for my old car (it matched what I saw on Kelly Blue Book).
Also, once you purchase your car, they have a very special way of congratulating you... I won't ruin the surprise but you're in for a treat.
I'm super grateful for the team here.... I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a certified used car.
