Had to get a rental due to a fender bender and picked up from this location down the street from Crash Champions. The service from Luke Murray, the Assistant Manager, was top notch. He was clear about everything, efficient, and got me out the door quick. Getting my car fixed wasn’t convenient by any means but this Enterprise ran so smooth that it made the whole process a lot easier

I recently rented a car from Enterprise while my vehicle was being repaired at Gerber Collision. The management trainee who assisted me provided exceptional service, making the process smooth and efficient. I was pleased with the quality of the vehicle provided, which was clean and comfortable. The pickup and drop-off services to and from Gerber Collision were prompt and convenient. Overall, I am highly satisfied with my experience and would recommend Enterprise to others.

this is the location to go to if you want to evade those horror stories all over google. make the trip for a great staff that makes the entire process smoother & painless. important to note i arrived almost an hour before my actual reservation which was at noon, it’s a bit busier in the morning.

You might find yourself having to bring your Electric vehicle to get repaired at Gold Coast Auto some day. If so don’t forget to rent a car at this Enterprise location conveniently located next door. A. They have a better selection of cars that are available on the spot. B. They are close to the Goose Island Shrimp Shack. C. The staff is the best in the business.
I have been to multiple Enterprise locations throughout Chicago and they are all staffed by great peeps but seriously don’t waste anytime. If you need a car just Stop in. Just google all the other Enterprise locations in the area and you will see that most people love this spot.
Paul, the manager I have been dealing with for months, is the best dude ever. Let him or his staff know what ya want. Be patient. Bring some shrimp. They will find you a car. And Tell them I sent you.

Awful experience at this location, the Manager here does not care about the customers at all. Honestly he deserves no stars. I tried to call 3 different times to confirm my pick up time as my car was in the shop & insurance used this location for my rental car. I did not get an answer the 2 times I called, I was on hold for over 30 mins & had to hang up due to the long wait. The third time I called I waited on hold for 45 mins and finally spoke to the Manager who assured me that they will pick me up from the auto body shop (its 5 mins away from enterprise) at 1pm so I can get my rental car and be on my way. He said "We will have you out of here by 1:45pm the latest" my fault for believing his absolute lie. I needed to confirm as I was doing this on my lunch break which is only an hour so I made them aware of the situation and he made it seem like it would be no problem at all "we do this all the time" he said. The day comes and I had to wait at the autobody shop for 50 mins for a ride that is 5 mins away. The autobody shop even texted them multiple times to see where they were bc even they were like this is ridiculous how long I've been waiting and were apologizing for enterprises mistakes. I then get to the enterprise the car isn't even ready for me, they are still washing it. The same manager who promised me I would be out by 1:45pm the LATEST is now telling me that he is short staffed and only has 1 other employee working with him (is this my problem?) Also, why did you guarantee a specific pick up time if you knew it wasn't obtainable? I got there at 2:02pm and the care wasn't even ready, like really?? Really its terrible that the day before he was so confident and sure but then the time comes and its a totally different story/tone. So basically don't believe anything he says bc its probably a lie. I should of seen the long wait times to just talk to someone at this location as my source of truth bc as we all know, actions speak louder than words. Very bad business practices. Think twice before you rent from this location.

Unfortunately, someone hit us and fled. We had a terrible insurance adjuster who kept screwing up everything with our rental but these guys were great throughout. Patient and efficient, got us in and out, even when they were swamped.

Goose Island are the BEST! Ryan was great, very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I am a multiple, repeat renter at this location and they are the exceptional. They always come through with great cars, well maintained, on-time, and delivered with an appreciative, accommodating attitude. Great shop - Highest Recommendations.
