Every time I rent a car an alert or warning goes off in the car. This time it was the tire sensor I am sure it was from the cold but they should service check the vehicle to prepare for the weather. I drove the car just like that as hazard. The car they gave us this time had dents and damage already. It was interesting. $316 bucks for two days and the car was insufficient for that value. I was also given the car on a 4th of tank returned a little over a fourth and the young lady charged me anyway, fueling charge . When I said something she lied and said she was reimbursing it back and never did. Then I received email to correspond about there messy because I reported it to corporate. Such a disappointment!

The car I got smelled bad like the last renter was using weed. Not Enterprise's fault. Other than that they did fine job.

The staff and service was amazing. I'd had a not great experience with a different rental company, but Enterprise (26th & Michigan, Chicago IL) took great care of me! I'll definitely use then again!

Just dumb ! Came and got me from the car repair shop on an insurance claim and didn't even have any cars available !!! 5:30 pm someone returning a car so that was offered to me , tried to pay deposit an System declined my card not my bank!! (Called my bank to confirm) was told can't swipe again for 24hrs stupid rules makes no sense

Be careful renting vehicles from this location pay attention to your receipt and ask questions about their charges. Recently rented from the location through my insurance and they lied , didn't allow me to pick my vehicle they gave me an SUV and charged an up charge (scam), didn't return my deposit, and also lied about the taxes and lies on my insurance company!

The person that helped us, I think his name was Maleek. He went out of his way to make sure we understood everything about the car and the rental agreement. We arrived before they opened and he started on the paperwork before they opened the door. He got us in and out extremely quick. Very personal and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this facility.

I've rented a lot of cars over the years, from many companies. With most, one can be in and out in minutes with the keys. With Enterprise there always seems to be a hassle. This time I phoned a couple of days in advance to find out if I could park my car on their lot during the three-day rental. I was told I could. But when we arrived, we were informed that they couldn't guarantee security. So we had to return and park at home, delaying our departure by about an hour and a half.There's more. We were delayed on the return by a couple of hours, so we phoned to tell them. But we were on hold for almost a half hour, and then the phone went dead. Later, in the office, I heard the manager on the phone giving that number to other customers. Afterward, when complaining, I told the manager about the poor customer service. They acknowledged the issue with the phone and said they were working on it.The car, by the way, was fine. The lousy service cancelled it out.

Everytime I rent im going here, they go above and beyond to get you taken care of. I showed up after hours on skate and they all acted like human beings and got me in a great car beyond my expectations. Any troubles I had got physically helped on and I've always left happier than I came in.

Brian was very helpful and communicated with me every step of the way. A car was not available at the time I arrived to pick up my reserved vehicle, but Brian gave me feasible options and made sure I was taken care of all the way to the inspection of the vehicle when it arrived. He went out of his way to explain things for me and I appreciate the great customer service he provided.

The Staff on Michigan Ave. was great. Teagus, Mimi & the rest of the Staff were very professional. Mimi went out of her way to make sure I had the proper vehicle and made sure everything was in order. I can appreciate that type of service next time. Thank you.
