This is a late review but I had the worst experience back in July at this location. Now I'm booking for the holidays and I'm using Hertz instead. The employee that was assisting me was very unhelpful when I was experiencing a brief credit card issue (a payment had gone through on my card that I forgot about so I just had to make a quick payment and I I added 3xs the amount of the rental to my card). He refused to attempt my card again and just seemed like he wanted to leave because they were about to close up. This was during the 4th of July week and I needed the car to travel to see family. I ended up paying double what the Enterprise car would have been with Zipcar. I'm truly never going to use Enterprise again for a rental due to this employees impatience and not being understanding.

Be aware that if you select a noon reservation on a Saturday, they actually close at noon and you will be out of luck with no car. I’m sure the same can be said for the 6pm reservation on weeknights. I have no idea why the system allowed me to reserve that time slot in the first place. I even called on my way over to say I was coming and it made no difference. Additionally, when I got a voicemail the day prior reminding me of the appointment, no one said I needed to be there 15 minutes ahead of time or something.
It’s extremely unfortunate because I needed a car to drive to see my 88 year old grandma, who’s trailer home had burned down and I wanted to help her move into a new home.
Because I’ve had one good experience in the past, I’m willing to give two stars. But something is amiss here, either with the system or with employee apathy, and it greatly impacts customers. 😢

We use this location several times a year, but after reviewing our receipts from previous rentals, (most recent return was 5 days ago), their dishonesty is very troubling. We always return the car with a full tank of gas, (we fill up at the Shell next door), but we often get hit with a "refueling charge" upwards of $50. On this return, we confirmed with the employee that the tank was full, and they said they would "get that logged" for us - apparently that didn't happen. Our receipt says the tank was missing 7 gallons. We will be looking at other car rental locations in the future.

Do not use!! Booked and confirmed a car and they called me “we have no cars” and offered no replacement or option despite having other locations. I need a car, you rent cars, why can that not work as a business? Not worth your time - go elsewhere!!

Dropping off the vehicle was convenient but trying because the old way of dropping off vehicles should be more efficient and convenient for the customers experience.

Tried this location since it's closer than my usual location. Was allowed to reserve a car online despite them not having a car. Person that called to inform me they had no car didn't even offer to cancel the reservation for me. They just abruptly hung up. Guess I'm sticking with making the trip to Uptown.

What a strange way to do business! I had a reservation to pick up a car at 6:00 p.m. The Uber driver who was taking me there couldn't find the place, and so I ended up coming to the door at 6:05 p.m. There were two young men behind the counter and a customer in there still. They had locked the doors and wouldn't let me in to get my car. They said to me through the window that it was 6:05, and they were closed, and they had locked the doors at 6:00 p.m. Why would you allow reservations for a car pick up at 6:00 p.m. then? So they talked to me through the glass, and I asked them then to cancel my reservation so I would not be charged. The guy stood there and stared at me before realizing I was waiting for him to go to his computer and physically cancel the reservation. So do you know what he did? He went to his computer and played like he was canceling the reservation and he told me it was canceled. Indeed, when I went home, the reservation was still live so I knew he had faked it! How strange. My only thought about that is he wanted to make it look like I just didn't show up to get my car because maybe it looks bad for him if he cancels the reservation? What would I have done if I really needed a car because I had been in an accident? I was 5 minutes late for my reservation.

The salesman at the front desk was extremely accommodating, polite, and patient despite my tardiness. I am grateful for their service and highly recommend using them.

This company by far has he best customer service and staff. I always have a new clean car that runs great. They are my favorite.
