I have an older 2010 sedan in fairly decent shape. However, due to the age it’s really not something that one would like to put a lot of money into the bodywork. My issue was that the inner wheelwell somehow became dislodged and whenever I’d go on a long trip, I could hear the tire rub.against it. I surmised that the problem was due to years of getting my front end hit while parking on the streets of Chicago. Anyway, I was able to put in the tabs that hold The wheel well in place, but they kept on breaking off due to part of my front quarter panel being dislodged.. knowing that I didn’t want to put a ton of money into this car, Warren worked with me and got the issue fixed at a price that was a little less than what he estimated. Although I hope I never have to bring my car to a body shop again if I am 100% going to be coming here. Honest, great work at a reasonable price is why I highly recommend you use their services if needed.

I have taken my car to these guys for over 10 years. They always have taken care of the car and myself with a great deal of care and honesty. I would definitely recommend these guys and the ladies in the office if you have any or with your automobile.

Just want to say 1st off , you guys did an amazing job. It's looks really good. Everything is working good ,so far. It was well worth the wait. It took me by surprise how unnoticeable the crash looks. Keep up the great work and I will definitely keep your facility in mind next time. God forbid. 🤞🤙

Use to be a great shop when Hawk ran it. He recently sold the business to private equity(Automotive Group LLC), they increased the shop rate by 30% overnight without telling anyone(it’s now $185/hr). Was shocked when they charged me $179 for an oil change on my 2.0 Liter Audi A4 despite me coming here for years beforehand and never paying more than $100…..Would highly recommend finding anywhere else to do mechanic work on your car, unless you want to pay crazy prices for standard work or want to rip off your insurance company

Warren and his team are excellent! They are efficient, transparent, kind and inviting. As a young woman I am typically weary and suspicious of car shops, but European & US left no room for that. I never felt like I was being misled or taken advantage of. I will miss interacting with these amazing people. Thank you for everything!

Start to finish, from my damaged vehicle getting towed through it being repaired at the shop, the team here provided excellent service. The front desk is helpful, friendly, and very considerate. As are the mechanics, who are also very skilled at what they do and did an excellent job repairing my vehicle—for a very fair price, no less. I cannot recommend their services enough. (I worked primarily with Jennifer, front desk, and Demetrius, mechanic. These two were fantastic.)

The quality of and value-for-money service, from first phone call with Isabella to managing the car repair with Demetrius, was first class! Definitely recommend if you have a European car, as my 2004 BMW 325xi was handled with car and at a valued, worthy price.
