Poor customer service, rude on the phone and doesn’t follow up. He had my item for 4 years and has done nothing after I told him what I wanted twice.

I worked with Ziggy on my projects with customers through my interior design firm and the work was pristine. Truly an artist!

Ziggy is the absolute best. The quality of his restoration & work is really second to none. If you are looking to fix a cheap chair, he’s not your guy. But, if you want it done right, he really does the best job. I highly recommend.

Ziggy refinished my table and returned it with a drop of oil on it, too late to change and take it back. I should have insisted. He had no response other than to rub his finger over it (as if it was coming off, as if he did not see it when he was preparing it for shipping) He replaced the brass feet with cheap shinny tin on my grandmother's table as well as with the pulls on the drawer. Orginally there were darkened heavy brass pulls, when he returned the item it had cheap shinny tin replaced pulls. I have just discovered that the chairs he charged me 450.00 dollar a piece (7 chairs) had poorly stuffed padding in the seats (you could actually feel the wooden frame when sitting) so I had them removed and several of the frames were cracked. How dare he pawn this off on someone who trusted that he would take pride in his work and not try to take advantage of someone that wanted to restore their family's antique furniture. How devasted I am to discover that this is the type of work he has profited from. I have read other statement from customers who have been treated in this manner. Save yourself the time go elsewhere. Please do your research. There is another fantastic vendor in the area, very close as a matter of fact. I promise you will be much happier with their work.

Excellent work on repairing and restoring several furniture heirlooms so far. Faster and better pricing than Webster for similar quality. I am very satisfied.

I use Ziggy for all my upholstery. He does a great job and understands and respects antique furniture. He basically rebuilt an 1830's rosewood settee that rescued and it looks amazing!

Ziggy rescued a family heriloom, and restored it to its original brilliance. The item is an oak pedestal, and it looked every year of its century-old life when we turned it over to Ziggy. He returned it looking like it must have appeared when it was new. The finish brought out the depth and beauty of the wood, and the knicks and cracks were patched without showing. Many thanks for this brilliant work.

I had a dining room table and an heirloom four poster bed refinished by Ziggy and could not be more pleased with the results. The workmanship was beautiful and the price was fair. I highly recommend Ziggy and his team.

Ziggy refinished, not restored, my family tiger oak dresser. Then he replaced the old, valuable beveled mirror with a thin, cheap one. When I reviewed him, he showed up on my front porch and threatened me. And he charged an exhorbitant price for this misdeed. Avoid Evanstonia. His claim to European craftsmanship is just not true and, as my experience shows, unethical conduct is not beneath him.
