quality coffee, excellent values, beautiful artwork, and a great alt-pop/rock playlist that takes me back to 2012-2016. calm, chill place to work, study, or read.

Food is mid to low range. The coffee is acceptable although I would not recommend the dark roast. It's an important place for the community and the art is always rotating and fabulous. Worth supporting far as I know.

Reminds me of Urbis Orbis thirty years ago -- inclusive, a little off-beat, an eye on community and comfort rather than profitability. The tables are generously spaced, the coffee is good, the staff maintain an upbeat and friendly attitude for their whole shift. The whole place comes from a parallel dimension -- where people are happy and prices are reasonable. Easily accessible from the 36, 151, 146 and the Red Line.

My sister and I shared a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich and a BLT and we both got diarrhea. This is really unfortunate seeing as my sister just got out of the hospital and is severely underweight.

9 Dec '23 >Our first visit here and Really enjoyed our time > interesting art, excellent breakfast variety and well served by a friendly staff! The coffee house was bigger in size than I expected. Not usually noted by reviewers, but, the bathrooms are new and SO clean! We were Very Impressed and we'll go back!Nice work to those who work there!Thank-You!!Ken, Stella, Sue & Karina from Edgewater

Delightful neighborhood hub with local art and performance space. They source coffee from small business owners and have excellent pastries and a range of coffee and tea. They have friendly and welcoming staff who are colorful and engaging and enjoy participating in a lot of local events such as Taste of Uptown and Winter Walk on Wilson.

The coffee here is soooo good and the cup sizes are bigger than a lot of independent places. They roast their own beans too. Street parking isn't too bad either. Seating is plentiful too and I love the art on the wall! Service is very helpful too. Definitely will be coming back here.

I just wanted to say that I absolutely love your food and drinks!! Everything is good here. My only critique is that the house vinaigrette needs salt to balance out all the acidity but that is all. Keep up the amazing work you all!

First and last time here. If you want your coffee with a side of sass from a barista, go here. But I’d recommend you save your money and visit First Sip or Heritage (both nearby). Also, not dog-friendly despite not having any signs outside of the cafe. The chai is a solid 2/5.

Solid coffee drinks, great patio, and lots of tables inside, delicious food and friendly service. What else can you want from a coffee shop?

Cute local coffee shop with a variety of drinks, food, and seasonal specials.I tried the pumpkin spice latte because it's that time of year and it didn't disappoint. Sometimes pumpkin spice flavored things can be rather bitter but their latte was well balanced - not too sweet and still letting the coffee be the star.
