This is the worst internet company I have ever dealt with. They have been unprofessional and downright dangerous throughout the entire process. We have had issues with our wifi since our neighborhood started using this company and it hasn't been resolved once. At this point between me and the other person I live with we have spent a dozen hours with a tech in our home or on the phone with these people. Now I wouldn't call a company dangerous or unprofessional lightly. I made a phone call to customer service and one of their agents proceeded to tell me that he was "currently in bed" and "hasn't even put clothes on yet" because of the work from home policy they have. Aside from that interaction, we have been unable to gain appropriate Internet speeds the entire time they have been our provider. At one point because of incorrect installation there was water pouring into our home from one of the wires THEY installed. Not once have we been able to get in contact with a manager to discuss these issues but we have had techs come out to our home every single week for the past month. This has been the most horrific experience. As two people who work from home, we have actually been losing money from low wifi speeds. While I was on the phone with customer service yet again today (I was on hold for 28 minutes to even reach one) he was completely rude to me, not to mention our speeds when a speed test was completed yet again, remain at 26.16 for download despite paying for speeds of 500. Don't walk away from this company, RUN!

Great experience! I moved to a new apartment this weekend and had issues activating the internet. Support tried to help me but unable to do so over the phone, so they sent technicians out first thing. Colin and Matt were timely, and fix the issue very promptly! They were polite and respectful. Overall great experience!

There is no universe where this company has 4.9 stars. I have constant disconnects and packet loss. Called them 11 times no with no fix. Very nice staff, but 56k from 1996 has a more stable connection then what they provide. Can't work from home, can't game. Absolute garbage of Internet

Hector did a phenomenal job!!! Very pleased with his work. He identified right away that the jack was broken. He replaced it and rebooted the wifi router. Even more, he recommended a better wifi router that the one I currently have. Lastly, now I have 500 Mbps internet speed from ~30 mobs spotty Internet. THANK YOU, HECTOR!!!

Great speed at great price. We had great in-person help from Matt and Colin as well as Joy over the phone to help us get the speed and service we need to work from home. Really grateful for their hard work and commitment to resolving our issues.
