Went to get tire put on left highly disappointed wheels weren’t balanced correctly and when I would go pass 60 mph my vehicle would shake.

I was informed that I had a crack in my rim at a tire repair shop. They suggested Exotic Wheel to fix my rim. Everyone was so friendly there...they gave me a loner tire while they had mine. They were also very reasonably priced for the repair. I would highly recommend them!!

I appreciated the owners expertise in helping me find the right rims for my truck. They educated me on what and what I didn’t need & I appreciate them for taking the time out & answering my questions. I love the professionalism I experienced here & I highly recommend them for any of your rim/tire needs. I’ll definitely shop with them again. ?

Terrible experience for the 2nd time with Exotic Wheels. I explained exactly what I needed to Jerry before coming in and the main thing was the repair of a cracked rim. I asked him if I needed to make an appointment and he said no and that it was walk-in only. I told him that I would be there first thing in the morning to get that work done. I was the 2nd customer there. When I got there there whomever repairs his rims was not there. He made a few calls and nothing; The guy didn't answer nor did he call back. I waited from 10am to almost 3pm and nothing. I said I would come back tomorrow and asked if he could make certain that his guy would be there first thing in the morning. He said yes. He also asked me to leave a deposit and I did. After waiting so long the day before I decided to call before going in. I spoke with Jerry at 10:02am. His guy wasn't there and he wasn't sure when he was coming in. So he said he would call his guy and call me back. I waited 3 hours with no call back from Jerry. When I called him back, he was not even onsite and made several excuses saying he must have called and texted the wrong number when he was trying to reach me. My name and number is in his system and has been for some time. I asked when his guy would be there so I could get the work done. His response, "well, he SAID would be there" at 3:00pm today. When I asked how sure he was with that, he again said, "Well, that's what he said." That didn't sit well with me and after they guy's now show the day before, I wasn't very confident in that. We're now almost 2 full days in, he's holding my money and his guy is being sketchy at best. In 5 hours yesterday this same guy never called him back as I waited and waited for him. I then asked for my money back. He said he'd return it... but then he said there was a fee for taking my wheel off and putting it back on yesterday. He wants to charge me $35 for that since I no longer want to do business with him. I think that's shady business but fine. Take your $35 fee and give me my money back. I will never ever do business with Exotic Wheels again. The first time I went there a few months back they told me it would be hour or two when I got there but they had my car the entire day. I should have learned my lesson then. Never again! Ever!

Ben at Wheels Boutique is one of the best and most straight up people in the aftermarket business which is rare in this day and space. From simple wheels and lowering to full out builds, WB is only place I would trust.

The owner of the shop (Gerry) is a very nice guy but he doesn't make sure his customers are satisfied. I bought rims twice from here and twice I've had issues w/the balancing of the tires. The first time I bought rims for my car, the tires were hitting the wheel area of the car when I would hit a small bump in the street. I took it back and they put lifters on there but I still had the same issue and I ended up returning the rims. Just this past summer, I bought rims and tires for my truck. I explained the issue I had before and stated that I didn't want to go through that situation again and Gerry assured me that he'd take care of me. Well, he didn't! My truck began shaking at 50 mph. I had to take it back several times to the point they sent me to another shop for them to balance my tires. I was not offered any compensation for the inconvenience and because of that, I won't EVER do business there again and I will for sure NOT recommend anyone shop there!! I don't even like rims no more because of my experience there!!

Gerry was great. Explained what I needed with larger tires to fit the rims correctly not what the recommended size was he did the measurements and made the order and the fit is so much better!

03/29/23 this business is amazing I love the customer service here the owner and his wife is excellent with people problems and concerns jerry is a awesome guy smart and wise he is very knowledgeable and will make sure he tells you the right information and suggestions i definitely highly recommend this rim shop to people with rims this will be my shop from now on and I love how the prices is fair
