I’ve had genuinely good experiences before at this Express, but tonight was not one of them.I was allowed to enter the fitting rooms before close, but I was kicked out of my room shortly after by the manager. I said thank you after putting my clothes back on the hanger as I quickly left, but the manager ignored me and then yelled “WHAT” very loudly about something. A weird experience that made me not want to return.Also, I was out the entrance door by 7:55, so they really should close the fitting rooms by a certain time if they don’t want people in them. The security guard was very kind, though!

BIG, clean store. I went on a very cold day and it was empty besides a few workers and security guard. I had multiple returns from multiple orders and was pleased with the speed and friendliness of the worker. They even suggested taking my NWT shirt (from 2020 AKA non-exchangeable) to the new consignment store across the street. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!

Left my vape in the fitting room, went back to the store and couldn’t find it. Called the next morning and the store associate said she just found it but throw it away.

Great customer service, the store is very clean with security. Hard to find street parking nearby, and the clearance section is pretty limited. Overall, good place to pick up some more formal wear.

Bought funeral clothes here, they left the security tags on. The store was completely empty and the bored person behind the counter couldn't be bothered to answer questions or check for security tags (that don't work apparently). Had to come back on the day of the funeral to have it removed, staff could care less...

I came in Saturday, July 10th in the afternoon. It was very a very clean store, not much fashionable clothing to pick from but I found 4 items I did not already own. I LOVE EXPRESS, I always shop there it doesn't matter what city or town I'm in. This location was depressing, the associates did not greet me nor ask if I needed help finding anything. The ladies at the register had a bad attitude. I was really surprised, not what I am used to. Two male associates where having a whole conversation right next to me while I waited to check out. Yes, I waited to check out, eventhough the ONLY customer was me. Lol The ladies at the register acted as if I was not standing there to pay. I did not get mad, I laughed when I walked out and wondered why this store has so many stars on Google. Anyhow, just giving my honest experience.

Express clothing is pretty good quality and the awesome customer service provided by Marcus at the Parks Mall in Arlington Texas makes the intense hours of shopping all worthwhile! This young man is very professional, customer service oriented and just overall amazing! I can be kind of needy and bothersome when it comes to shopping , but no matter how many times I asked or called upon Marcus for assistance, he would always say he's happy to help. THAT, speaks VOLUMES with regard to AWESOME customer service! Express executives should recognize this associate and retain him for as long as possible! Thank you again Marcus for making my shopping experience great! AND I LOVE ALL OF MY CLOTHES PURCHASED from EXPRESS!!

Outstanding customer service. In December I bought a new belt and haven't had an opportunity to wear it until last week. (You know, one of those moments when you buy something and that piece of clothing is just hanging out in your closet with tags? Yep, just like that) So I finally put on the belt and literally as I locked it, a belt loop fell off. On a new belt! Sadden, I ran to Express to see what could be done. I was 100% ready to be turned around due to item being purchased over 90 days, but they exchanged the broken one for a new one no questions asked! What a kind and attentive staff!
