Customer service rep Dee was very helpful while getting me set up with a unit. The rep over the phone messed up my rental she fixed everything in a timely manner and was very professional.

I went to a different location that was a bit too far away. I stopped in 1400 Cicero and was greeted by Jaime Vargas. He was able to help me get a unit (right size, right price) even though his spot didn't have what I needed. I was impressed with his customer service!

Amazing amazing amazing staff - very helpful and nice and great memory. Clean and well thought out.
The area is very shady and sketchy. Crime rates are extremely high. Do not feel safe driving through the area to reach this amazing facility.
