Highly unprofessional at this location. Office hours are until 6pm, EVERY TIME I come to this location the staff are off the premises during business hours. And there are no signs posted as to when they will return. What can be done about that?

The facility is great (except the lower level, the unit I was shown there had an uneven floor, door couldn't open all the way, and some water on floor). On the 2nd floor, the unit was great. Easy to access with code, loved the pull in parking for loading/unloading.
The one bad thing is the business model of them upping the rate every couple of months. Thinking you'll be paying $51 a month and then 3 months later the rate jumping to over $80, and then a few months later to double what you originally signed up for is not great. Much better for short term storage needs.

I enjoyed my time at the storage. Eisha was very helpful, she answered all of my questions and made sure I knew everything that I wanted to know. She was very social and communicated well with me. I’m new to the store and she made sure to show me around and explain everything properly. She did a 5 star job at her customer service, she’s really nice and had the most positive attitude that i’ve seen so far. Great work!!.

I had a really good time when I visited extra space storage Ms.Eisha show me everything I needed to see and talked to me about everything I needed to know she was so helpful and patient with me. I enjoyed her company while I was there if I could give her 10 or more stars I will she really deserves it and I am so appreciative for her communication skill great job eisha

2024 August 4 update!
Left vm with manager ofc but arrived for quick pickup from storage locker. Unfortunately one of the garage doors to Main Street fully open - was unable to close- and inside adjacent loading dock was a someone camped out - assume homeless. Super worrisome! Hopefully ESS can resolve but definitely not my expectation of safe storage nor safety! What am I paying for? Maybe I missed it but should be a phone number that connects to human to report such matters in real time.
