Ms nique is literally the reason I stay with this company, everything i look up they are charging new prices and I get upset.but nique the store manager is great at what she does. Update:Nique is still one of the best employees that they have,a manager calls me 5 mins ago to basically verbally tell me why I keep getting an increase on rent on a place of business that doesn’t need upgrades or anything done to specific unit and mentioned market rate and competitive pricing and I simply mentioned his competitors are charging me lesser for the same unit but he definitely didn’t offer to match it if that’s the excuse we are using to keep price gouging on a standstill place that needs nothing or justifys the comp of keep raising the rent on a unit I’ve kept for years….the storage game is becoming like the insurance game…my social media outlets reach close to 100,000 followers in total combined and I wonder which one can point me to a place that isn’t gonna keep almost doubling the price on a stand still product and keeps its rates locked in,I can work the system by simply moving out and renting another unit online but who has the time to keep moving

Ronique is extremely helpful, she is always smiling, it is very contagious. She helped me find the right size unit for ALL my junk lol. I don't usually give reviews but I had to take a minute to tell EVERYONE how she made my day, and made me feel comfortable leaving my items at the location. She is a true diamond in the ruff.

The sales manager Nique was very helpful as usual and was courteous my only dislike with the company is if you are having an issue with your card or money the company is quick to try to auction your stuff off,these are peoples precious memories and belongings and you telling me you not giving them 30 days just for an empty holding space so you can sell their things

I have had a storage since 2023 5x10 sz ,it has went up 3 times.i received a payment reminder saying pay $144.I was told inflation and also I was told by Taj, I guess he handles the chats on the website ,he stated that my unit is originally $150 a month I’m getting a deal. I would never pay that much for a storage it’s more then my insurance and I refuse to pay these prices they have a lost a customer this 5x10 space is too much for me.
