So don't rent from this place. I've had a contract with them since April and apparently that means nothing. Today I called to make my payment and it went from $72 to $132 and some change. Almost doubled. They said they corporate changed the prices and said letters were sent out. When I asked what address they had, they had an old chicago address with an out of state Zip. Never got a letter. They're on BS
