Terrible it floods. They made me take all my stuff out of unit. He said his legal team will cut by lock out if I didn't come in and move my stuff out. So they can inspect my unit. My unit floods first thing they raised my rate. I made a claim with there insurance I have not seen a penny or discount. I threw out a lot of stuff the first day then they threw more stuff out later.

I swear I don’t believe reviews because I have had people to ask me to do a review for them and I knew nothing about them but I’m gone start off by saying the young man that works in the office name Antonio he is amazing , helpful and understanding to everyone’s unique needs and I like an love that about him … he needs a raise a big one an know he ain’t tell me to get on here an say this but we really need more people like him in the world that we live in today 🥰Thank You Much 🙏🏿

I was recently a walk-in customer who stopped in the 60th St. off Harlem Ave, Chicago facility to look at a 5x10 unit,
Jacqueline the Asst. Store Mgr. was super friendly and very thorough from asking questions to help in showing us a few different size units, including through out the rental process of the storage unit. This facility is a very nice and clean storage facility, I would definitely recommend this facility.
