I'm surprised to see so many positive reviews. I kept some things in this location for a bit over a year. Constantly had rat feces all over my belongings. Had multiple dead rats in my unit and a few in empty units I happened to see. One rat died in my belongings causing me to throw away a few of my belongings. Some artwork and books I had got bitten/eaten by rats. This place is infested. Trying to get money back for that was impossible. Not to mention rates go up every so often. Hopefully will never have to put anything else in storage here or anywhere else ever again. I was paying about $300 a month for my things to slowly get ruined.
