When I first arrived, the place was clean, I couldn’t see any garbage on the floor. The place was very clean! The staff was VERY friendly and Denise answered ALL of my questions without confusion! If you’re looking for a CHEAP, AFFORDABLE self storage, this is the place to go! I would definitely recommend and I WILL be sharing this to friends and family!

I change my review after renting 9 months from this location and it’s poor incompetent management, the site manager has poorly communication skills and poor costumer service, really rude when handling small situations:
My 3 encounters were:
*One time I left the garbage outside the garbage dumpster are cuz they lock it up
*Second when I was at my last day moving out I left inside the unit two carts loaded with stuff to make easy for my wife on the last trip
*third they hike your prices without notice don’t recommend renting from this location
I’m still renting from extra space just different location and I Really appreciate the help and dedication from Sarah has better communication really friendly and is always around to help you in your needs!
