I was nervous coming in because I didn’t know anything about renting a storage or how it works but came in and immediately Ivette & Lupe were so friendly and helpful! They listened to us and really took the time to see what size would be best for us. They showed us all the available units. Overall such a great experience thank you so much Ivette & Lupe!!

Very good service, Ms. Bernadetta is a very helpful and competent person, even though I arrived just before closing time, I was welcomed with a smile on my face, everything was explained to me and all my questions were answered. I didn't hesitate for a moment, I signed the contract immediately.

Lupe and her team are amazing, the move in process was super easy and she made sure we were well taken care of with our rental unit. Super friendly staff and very clean facility.. even the lock was already placed in the unit when we arrived. If your looking for a nice, clean, and friendly place to store your stuff. Choose ESP on West Dakin.

Facility does not have any garbage/trash/recycling bins at all. No garbage disposal options.
