The ladies were very nice. They were closing but still allowed me to come in, they were patient and answered all my questions thoroughly. I left purchasing a unit and very satisfied.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! Yvette called me on a followup from an online inquiry. It was a surprise call so I stumbled to remember questions I had. With poise and patience she thoroughly answered each and every question, some probably twice!!! This was early morning. Later that evening I went to close the deal and had other questions which she answered with the same patience and poise after working all day. To top it off, she went the extra step to find me a unit that was very easily accessible. The facility is clean, seems quiet and safe. The staff is simply phenomenal. I have to mention i called the next day and talked with Angie (i believe thats her name) and was treated with patience and understanding, all requests were thoroughly handled. For me, they turned what I thought would be a nightmare into a very pleasant business relationship. Customer Service gets my business. When I grow my business to the point of needing a Customer Relations Specialist, look out Extra Space, I'll be recruiting from you.

Not a good experience with the cleanliness of the unit I am in and the place itself. Found dead mouse as I moved into truck Bay Area by the garage door, my unit has some cross bar along the whole side of it with popcorn ceiling stuff crumbling all over my belongings and ruining everything in my unit not to mention making a dust mess. I just noticed mouse droppings all over my unit on box’s and on the floor.
Check in was easy and have 24 hour access and it worked out great as it was an emergency situation to where I needed to move things fast.
Another downside is the $100 fee they require to rent the unit.
Going to move unit to somewhere I don’t have to flick off mouse poop on my property :-/
Storage is very accessible and great for accessing when needed though so I do recommend it but for the cleanliness of it not so much.

The facilities are very well maintained, there is plenty of parking and dollys. The staff is very helpful and they are easy to reach during office hours!

Angie and Yvette were very helpful and kind! The space is only 7 years old and all of the units I saw were in good condition. The halls look clean as well.

Your staff speaks to people pretty poorly when pressured as if the job stresses them out and if that's the case you need to take a break

Had the best experience at Extra Space Storage. I had not been there in a quite awhile, couldn't locate my keys and Yvette and Angie both provided the best service ever. If you ever need storage space,I highly recommend them.
