Jafet was super friendly and helpful to see different size units. Place is clean and units appear nice. Something to be careful of if you have items that are long, with a tape measure we discovered units were short of the stated size. 6’ long unit was only 5.5’ long for example. Really nice place - highly recommend.

This review is not an admonishment of the staff. I've only found them to be helpful...although the maintenance and cleanliness of the building seems to vary, according to who happens to be manager at the time...
This posting is more about the frustration of renting at this location and the repeated problems with the elevators and/or garage doors. Today--on a Sunday no less (when the office is closed) tenants are again locked out from accessing their units because of a malfunction with the keypads. I "heard" that earlier, the elevator was stuck on a floor and fire/police ended up being called, which led to the shutdown. Whatever the case, this scenario keeps being repeated...at least once a month if not more. Most weeks, one of the two elevators is out of service. With over 20 floors of units, this is unacceptable! This is a very busy location, especially at the end and beginning of the month. I've seen times where there was an actual LINE waiting to use the elevator(s).
I know this building is probably a lot to maintain, but this problem has been going on for WAY TOO LONG not to have been adequately addressed. The owner may need to actually SPEND some money to correct the issues, which shouldn't be a problem seeing how many millions they make from these locations. As a customer--I would strongly advise you to avoid this location if there is another close enough for you to use. Who knows, there might be some of the same issues elsewhere...but at least you won't be dealing with as many renters in such a huge building. The jury is still out as to whether these elevator issues are being caused by them.
Lots of people at this location are storing things for their businesses or work related activities and end up missing a day of productivity because they can't access their units!!! UNACCEPTABLE.

They helped me empty my Storage Room quickly and efficiently, making the process much easier than I expected. Their professionalism and kindness really made a difference. Its only Two Elevators with No Stairs, Both Elevators have been Broken Twice since I moved in 2 months ago...Its very Inconvenient to come to your Unit between the Access Hours 6 am to 10 pm and Can't get to your Unit ,because the Elevator Not Working.... No Stairs (Even if they had Stairs)My unit is on the 19 Floor who wants to Walk up 19 Flight of stairs ...This Unacceptable!

Please beware if you do this long term!!! They charge extra fees, the policy changes and the manager is disrespectful. Please use other places PUBLIC STORAGE IS VERY UNDERSTANDING. So if you need a place to storage your things just use somewhere else!!!! Please beware!!!

They will double your rate after a few months! They claim it is to adjust to market price, but there is no way this is true because of how steep the increase is! It is a deceptive business practice and they are taking advantage of the fact that it is hugely inconvenient to switch to a different storage space.
