Rakeya Washington is great. She was really helpful in outlining all the options to get us setup with storage, and helped us find the best price point and storage option for our needs. She also helped us a great deal when moving our things in initially. Excellent service!

We have used Extra Storage for years and felt it best to use it while in chicago! The wabash location is top tier! Rakeya took EXTRA care of us and made our transition easy! She was great to work with and we will be using extra storage as a first choice in the future as well!

I had a great experience with Extra Space Storage thanks to Rakeya, Jaret, and Clareli. Jaret was super helpful over the phone. He answered all my questions and made the process feel easy before I even arrived.
When I came in person, Rakeya went above and beyond. She took the time to make sure I was getting the right storage unit for my needs, walked me through the facility, and explained everything clearly so I felt confident in my decision. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely wanted to help.
Overall, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The facility was clean and well-organized, and the customer service really stood out. Highly recommend working with this location if you’re looking for a smooth, stress-free storage experience!

Ivette was AMAZING helping me get setup. Best rates in the city. No box truck entry, but there's gate coded roll up doors for security and coded elevators to multiple floors of units.
