This is hands down the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. The space is always clean, the vibes are relaxing, and the service is consistently top-notch. Becca is truly the BEST. She’s meticulous, talented, and just does such a good job. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Highly recommend. 💅✨j

I got dip on my natural nails and I absolutely loved the look of them. Some of my favorite nails in a while but after only a week, I had 4-5 nails pop off like fake nails? I did notice the tech was using an old activator that she was struggling with. I’m assuming the activator was too old and the application was done poorly. I’ve gotten dip many times and have never had them pop off like this. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be back due to this experience.
Edit: the team at SpaO reached out to me to come back in and get my nails redone. I appreciate the sentiment and would recommend the speedy customer service.
Further Edit: still wouldn’t recommend getting dip here. Been 6 days since my nails were “fixed” and they’ve began popping off. I get dip very consistently and have never had such a weird experience with dip nails and I wouldn’t say I am rough on my nails. Definitely don’t get dip nails at this salon.

I really loved going to this place when they been in Huron.
I have sent so many friends and family there.
Recently i have made an appointment for my son for mani/pedi, that was my appreciation gift to him.
I asked to book him with specific technician, and specified he will be having combo.
When he came, the appointment was not there, neither on his name, nor on mine. The technician i booked was unavailable, the services i booked him for was incomplete, since it was not in the registration and when i called lady just responded that she did not make reservation and it is someone else mistake.
Well, someone else is also part of salon and experience was disappointing

Do NOT book with Sophie.
She was extremely rude and clearly hates her job. I went in for a pedicure, and she handled my feet very roughly—pushing them abruptly just to get the drain working.
She refused to speak, even though she knows English. When I tried to talk about necessary things for the pedicure, she was annoyed and passive-aggressively put on my foot warmer in the most careless way.
Absolutely terrible experience. Avoid her at all costs!

Racist. Wouldn’t recommend as a person of color. I had a lady there who had a horrible attitude and was rude as hell for no reason. It’s tons of other nail shops in there area who offer better service and treatment. They even have a big dog sitting at the entrance of the shop shedding.

Amazing service. I needed to split my session into two sessions because I had a conflict, and before painting, in the break, the nail technician (I believe Nikki?) practiced with different colors to make it look best and show me options! I was amazed. My nails look amazing. Great environment, too. My only note is to bring gloves to protect your hands from the UV rays. I’d have this advice to share at most nail places. Amazing place! I’m recommending to my friends. Whenever I go out people mention my nails.
