Only the owner or the man who serves comes in with a bad face that almost makes you afraid to say hello. Second, you are going to ask for a proforma to repair your car at that site and they still charge you $40 just for the paper. What a usurer. As you can see with just that, what the prices that people pay will be, I don't even want to imagine.

Falcon Auto Body was very courteous and professional when I took my vehicle in for repair on my rear bumper and trunk. I was provided with an estimate and kept informed on the status of my vehicle througout the entire repair process. They completed the repairs on my car two days early and the finished product was better than new. Will definitely go back in the future if need be.

I took my newly purchased Merecedes back to the dealer when the lid to the gas door flew off during a routine hand car wash. The dealer was charging a ridiculous price for repair. A good friend recommended Falcon Auto Body. They quickly made the needed repair. The owner and staff are courteous and excellent at what they do. I will be recommending Falcon to friends and family and will be making this my go-to for all future auto repairs.

I have brought my car here a couple of times in the last 5-7 years and always receive quality work. It was easy for them to communicate with my insurance company when needed. I recommend this shop if you're looking for consistent high quality services, fair prices, and good communication.

I got my work truck repaired in the past and went back to Falcon to get my Honda civic repaired. They did an excellent job, my car looks brand new. Excellent customer service, they speaks Spanish and did a great job. Also when I received my car back, I noticed that it was recently washed. Highly recommend.

I got my door fixed in January 2021, it was still snowing so you could really see the paint job until it got warmer and they didn’t even paint the door the correct color. When I took it to the owner he was rude and would not accept that he was responsible. The first photo is the job they did. The second is a side by side comparison of what it’s should have looked like. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE. TERRIBLE PROFESSIONALISM!Service: Painting

I have used Falcon Auto and have dealt with Junior who is the owner for my past two vehicles. Honestly I would not let anyone else handle my vehicles other than Falcon Auto. There knowledge of repair and complete care of cars is impeccable. They treat you like family and are very professional. I always and highly recommend there shop for all your car repairs.

I came in here to get my oil and timing belt changed. They did a fantastic job, I was in and out with in 45 minutes. Highly recommended!!
