The staff is loved, with many noting the workers are really nice, friendly, and provide superb customer service. However, the location is described as a hot mess that needs major work and repair. A common complaint is being overcharged, as the price on the label does not match the register. There is also in-site security at this location.

Every time I go into this place, I am overcharged for something. The price on the label never matches the price at the register. I submitted a complaint to the attorney general today. It’s usually clean and I love the staff (I live in the area)

Cashier was a little stiff at first but she warmed up and gave and was friendly, the store was a hot mess it needs major work.
