Family Dollar is a store that has improved a lot recently and is usually clean. It is really organized and has plenty of items in stock. The staff is loved, with many noting the workers are really nice, friendly, and provide superb customer service. However, the location is described as a hot mess that needs major work and repair. A common complaint is being overcharged, as the price on the label does not match the register. There is also in-site security at this location.
Every time I go into this place, I am overcharged for something. The price on the label never matches the price at the register. I submitted a complaint to the attorney general today. It’s usually clean and I love the staff (I live in the area)

Cashier was a little stiff at first but she warmed up and gave and was friendly, the store was a hot mess it needs major work.

It's really organized and the girls were working there were really nice. This store has improved a lot recently and has plenty of items in stocks. They also have in site security which unfortunately has become necessary at this location.
