The store is never open. It always says “sorry closed.” no stores over here that are affordable. It needs to be more consistently open for the people in this community.

Who is the district manager overseeing operations at this Family Dollar store? It's quite evident that the computer system is constantly experiencing issues, leading to inconvenience for customers. It's disheartening that they only accept cash payments and further frustrate customers by charging an additional fee for using the in-store ATM. The store's frequent closures due to computer system problems leaves room for improvement and creates an opportunity for enhanced customer experience. Adding this place has been closed for over 3 weeks “due to flooding” the employees here have horrible attitudes. I’m never coming here again!!!

The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and they usually have anything that you are looking for. I would stop here if I am ever need some last minute items.

Didn't like the fact that they insisted I put my daughters diaper bag at the front of the store. I'd rather have someone follow me around the store with her than have her bag on the dirty ground. Besides that the store was ok I just wish they had better deals on saucepans.

I HAD THE MISFORTUNE OF VISITING THE FAMILY DOLLAR STORE #*****, ON 6/11/22 AT 10:51AM. AFTER WAITING IN A LONG LINE TO MAKE MY PURCHASES I ASKED THE CASHIER HAD I BEEN CHARGED FOR THE *** AND STATED I HAVE A *** THAT I FORGOT TO MENTION. HE STATED HE DOES NOT CHARGE FOR ***S. THE FEMALE CASHIER, WHOM SEEMED TO BE THE MANAGER, SAID TO HIM THAT WILL COME OUT OF YOUR PAYCHECK, I REQUESTED MY RECEIPT, WHICH THE CASHIER PLACED IN MY ***, I TOOK IT OUT LOOKED IT OVER, THANKED HIM AND LEFT THE STORE. WHEN I GOT TO THE PARKING LOT, I TOOK ANOTHER LOOK AT IT AND OBSERVED CHECKOUT *** TAX ******* 0.07.I RETURNED TO THE STORE, THE CASHIER THAT WAITED ON ME WAS BUSY WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS. THE FEMALE CASHIER WAS NOW IN ONE OF THE AISLES, I WENT OVER TO HER, SHOWED HER THE RECEIPT AND ASKED ABOUT THE ABOVE IN QUOTATIONS. SHE STATED IT WAS A *** CHARGE, I SAID YOU HEARD HIM STATE HED NOT CHARGED ME FOR THE ***. HER TONE CHANGED AND SHE ASKED ME WHAT I WANTED HER TO DO. I REPLIED I WANTED TO GIVE BACK THE *** AND MY 7CENTS RETURNED TO ME. SHE STATED SHE COULD NOT, I REPLIED YOU HEARD HIM LIE IN MY FACE. HER RESPONSE WAS GO TALK TO HIM. AS I WALKED AWAY TO GET IN ANOTHER LONG LINE I LOOKED BACK AT HER AND SHE WAS STARING AT ME AND ASKED ME YOU WANNA DO SOMETHING, YOU ACTING ALL HOSTILE. ID MADE NO PHYSICAL MOTION OF HOSTILLITY TOWARDS HER. SHE WENT ON TO SAY I USUALLY RESPECT MY ELDERS, BUT SINCE YOU WANNA ACT HOSTILE, ILL MAKE AN EXCEPTION. I REPLIED YOU WERE DISRESPECTFUL WHEN YOU LIED IN MY FACE; AND CONTINUED TO STAND IN LINE. SHE WENT OVER TO THE MALE CASHIER THAT HAD WAITED ON ME AND ASKED HIM IF HE HAD 7CENTS, SO SHE CAN GET THE **** OUT, REFERRING TO ME; AS A MATTER OF FACT, IM GONE GIVE YOU A QUARTER, SO YOU CAN GET THE **** OUT! I USUALLY RESPECT MY ELDERS. THIS LED TO ME RESPONDING IN KIND TO HER VERBAL ASSAULT, IN WHICH I REITERATED, YOU WERE DISRESPECTFUL WHEN YOU LIED IN MY FACE.
