This Family Dollar is located in an older building within walking distance of many homes in an area with little other retail. The store is generally very well stocked with a good variety of items at reasonable prices, though it is sometimes out of a lot of stuff. The staff is described as friendly and courteous. However, its hours can be inconsistent, and experiences with staff can vary. While some visit for its reasonable pricing, others only go when absolutely necessary due to issues like theft affecting the store.

I went down there today and they were closed they have never been closed at 3:30pm so I don’t know what’s going on with them today

It actually is a nicely stocked store. Didn't buy anything, was just looking around comparing prices. I'm going back to pick up a few items that I did price which was more reasonable there than elsewhere.
