It’s irritating that since new people have came here from other stores they close and lock the store before closing it’s 7:35 why is is locked and they are closing it has been like for a week now they need to change it back to it closing at 8pm not 7:30 family dollar is paying for someone to work which they are stealing now because they aren’t working

The location I frequent the most, in 79th east, has really made some changes in the upgrading of this store and I've definitely noticed a difference!! Good job. Y'all keep up the good work !!!

Certain cashiers will overcharge you and I should not have to constantly check my receipt for errors, start doing your job accurately or stay home

A bunch of employees standing around doing nothing with a huge line to the back of the store (literally) and only 1 register open. Took about 10 mins just to get to the front of the line.

Always go to this store with my service dog for years and now out of no where all the females staff members have attitude and following me to dog food. Very disrespectful and uncomfortable. Need new management. I will sh they can focus on getting fulling up the store with inventory as they put some much energy trying to miss up my day. Attitudes. I didn't like that experience as the female was making stuff up as I was approching checking out then all of them start come at me. Not cool. Fired! My service is my helper. Wasn't even bother no one. Not cool.

This Family Dollar is the most unorganized and under managed. The stock is ALWAYS In The Middle of the isles and the price listing most times are wrong only to find out while checking out that it's a higher price. Not to mention the store is supposed to close at 8pm but they will literally close the door and lock it 15 minutes before hand. What I don't like is the fact that only in urban areas such as 79th and Ashland is the absolute worst I've EVER incountered. The store is nasty and the floors are filthy. Management certainly should do inspections randomly and fire the people employed there because they aren't doing their jobs!!! Real Talk ??✔️

I came here at 8:05Am to get my baby some diapers and was told maybe they’ll be opening in another 10 or 15 mins. Very understanding unprofessional and new workers need to be hired. They walk in at anytime they want and have you waiting outside
