Was in the store today picking up a few things. Got to the register to check out and I had my phone and card in my hand. Sat both down to finish getting the items out my cart. The cashier (Aaliyah I believe) while picking hangers off the counter swiped my debit card off the counter as well!! I asked her several times to check her area as well as wherever she put the hangers and she claimed she didn’t see my card. Cards don’t just walk away. I know her guilty conscious was eating away at her because she didn’t even scan all my items. Literally let me walk out with a whole bag of free dog food. My card was immediately cancelled because I know for a fact it was on the counter one minute and the next it was gone. Smh never will I shop there again.

The cashiers who work the registered are hit or miss on customer service skills, and the managers are universally rude, obnoxious and unhelpful. The store is not well organized. I dislike going in this store and now only go in an exigency!

On 08/08/25 I shopped at 87 Street location. I brought bags home and sat down and didn't go through them until days later. I had purchased some Pinalen and salt. When I checked,there was no Pinalen nor salt. I remember also taking raisins and giving to cashier because they were outdated and upon shaking felt like small pebbles. I have tried to reach location for days to no avail. Always get busy signal. Customer service at certain dates and times is truly unprofessional. Receipt may be in bag.

The manager on duties at the time give me the most rudest and dismissive customer service. On 04/08/2025 @8:45-8:50p I go into the store for the sale on 12pk soda but was a bit confused because I had clipped the coupon but was not getting the coupon price so the cashier calls the manager to find the error and that’s when customer service went out the window. The manager approached the situation as if she knew me and I always come in the store causing problems, giving me attitude from beginning to end dismissing me letting me know the price is the price and have a nice day and walked off.

No non Easter gharedelli, better bags in Miami or they were all out, gift boxes are nice.

Horrible customer service. Always only 1 or 2 cashiers and a LONG line. Without fail, most employees here are rude, have a MAJOR attitude and never want to help. Also, they often run out of bags and have torn up aisles with the products in the wrong spot. If you live in this area, I highly recommend going elsewhere to the many other dollar stores around. But NOT this one.
