Again I appreciate the love this wasn't my first ride with them I came in during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 and they where there. We never had to wait for more then 30 minutes. If I had to wait more then an hour we would gladly do it. It's worth the wait. If my caregiver is taking time to listen to me, I understand that she is doing the same thing with her other patients.”
“I came across Dr. Edward Wang searching for an USCIS approved doctor around my neighborhood so I could get my medical exam for the Immigration office. Dr. Wang is a wonderful doctor, very professional, responsible and genuinely kind with his patients. I highly recommend him to anyone!! Also, the entire stuff was very friendly and professional. It’s easy to make an appointment and the waiting time is short. I got my results within 3 business days at a very reasonable price. “My experience at the Advocate Medical Group Immediate Care Sykes site was pleasant and efficient. After checking in and stating the reason for my visit I was seated in the waiting area less than 10 minutes. The nurse informed me that I should have x-rays first then I would be seen by the urgent care doctor. Doctor Desarey Sims reviewed the reason for my visit which was injury to my thumb due to a fall. Dr. Sims was through and caring of my injury advised what to do including follow-up with my primary care doctor and and orthopedic doctor as well. My overall experience was very good.”

“I had a cut from a bread knife and wasn’t sure if it needed stitches and my friend recommended this place. I went on a Tuesday morning and had only about 5 mins wait and was seen pretty much right away. All the staff was courteous and the doctor had great bedside manners and took care of my need. I would 100 percent go back and recommend to others!”

“Never had an issue with obtaining an appointment, scheduling an appointment, being seen, getting blood work done, etc. etc. I'm typically in and out in no time and my Rxs are waiting for me.
I used their Urgent Care perhaps twice, and like any other walk-in facility, I had to wait. Not sure where all this hate is coming from, but then again I'm an adult and have reasonable expectations of walk-in clinics.”
“This was my first visit to this clinic, I read the reviews and was scared to attend my appointment,this clinic was not nothing like theses reviews, it's clean,bright and security was right at the door.Its location was next to US Bank, park in there lotI was called right away, my provider was so awesome she was concerned she was knowledge and made you feel relaxed and comfortable. If you are looking for a new clinic 5 ?.I appreciate the CNA which took my weight and got me ready to be seen.I'm going back today to give a little token just to say you made my first visit a good one and thank you, they are people too and they need to know the are appreciate.”
