Young lady at pharmacy was so helpful, nice made me feel so comfortable very patient think her name was lincy. Need more helpful and caring people like her in this world. Who ever hired her great job!

Horrible service and inconvenient hours. Constantly out of medications that are medically necessary. Health compromised due to this and they can care less. Say they will call back and never do. Seek medications elsewhere. Also long lines and unfriendly workers not only at pharmacy but store checkout, want you to bag your purchases so they don't have to do it.

I've had nothing but problems with the Asian pharmacist working here. First of all she is very rude. My meds were always short by 2 or 3 pills so I had to have them count them in front of me. That passed her off so she called my doctor and screwed up all my meds. Do your self a favor and forget walgreens on belmont and oak park Ave. Management don't care and they run wild there.

Worst pharmacy I've ever worked with in 12 years of an illness. I don't know why I kept going back here for a few years when there hasn't been a single month that there hasn't been some kind of mistake, serious problem, or "system error" with a prescription. Pharmacists seem incredibly unhappy and are totally unhelpful. I have a strong feeling it is not the fault of the pharmacists at this location that the service is so abysmal; it seems like a management issue where this pharmacy is understaffed and everyone is terribly overworked. But, if you are someone whose life depends on medication (or someone who just doesn't like constant hassles), do yourself a huge favor and go to literally any Mariano's pharmacy. Compared to the staff at Walgreens, the Mariano's staff feels like working with cheerful NASA-level scientists, and bonus: Mariano's is actually clean.
