I brought in a pkg to be sent back to Xfinity and the label had to be printed out. Manager was whining because he had to go the extra step to print it out instead od scanning it. He says how come they didn't give you a label to scan instead of print. He just whined about it through the whole process on printing my label. What a lazy whiny poor excuse for a manager! The nerve!

Had an awesome visit here. Needed to pick up a package.. was super quick, the service was great -- the woman who helped me was very friendly and even wheeled the package over to the side entrance so that I could get it into my car easier. Couldn't have asked for a better visit.

I've stopped here before and I'll undoubtedly stop here again since its relatively convenient and I know where it is. However, I was pretty frustrated whilst using their print and go option when I was here the other day. They have two print & go stations and the one I was at kept asking for a retrieval code, but I had no code. After trying three times to get it to work I went to ask what it was talking about regarding a retrieval code and the employee acted like I was kind of dumb. But the copy station I was trying to use didn't have any instructions for how to use print and go--only the other station did, and it was in use by someone else so I didn't see there were instructions anyway.To use print & go, you email your document(s) to their printer email address (
[email protected]) and then you receive a retrieval code with which to print. It's a useful system for sure if you know how to use it. You can also bring a USB drive or print from the cloud if you have something in Dropbox or whatever. I wouldn't be comfortable printing items that were sensitive since I don't know anything about the security or encryption of the email address or where that info goes once you send it there.It's a FedexOffice, so they also have the standard shipping services and items. They also have workstations that I suppose you can rent out? Parking can be tight in this lot because there are quite a few businesses for the number of spots.

I liked using this particular location until a situation happened that made me really realize how much they "care".A package was sent to this location for me to pick up. Unfortunately, I was unexpectantly admitted into the hospital and unable to pick up the package. Not wanting them to send the package back, I called and asked them to hold it for one more day until I could arrange for someone to pick it up.Their answer? Nope. In a nutshell, we don't care you're in the hospital and we will send the package back if you or someone doesn't get here within the next 2 hours to pick it up.Wow. Way to let me know how you feel and what you're thinking. Needless to say you won't have to worry about seeing me again.

They are the best. Always trying to help as best they can. Each of the employees seem to be very knowledgeable. And their customer service is top-notch.

My visits here are mostly to utilize the print & go machine. Other than being overcharged at one point by the machine, which was caught and fixed later that day I have had no other issues. I have always been acknowledged by the employees once I walked through the door if not held-up by a line of customers. For the time being, I have to say that my only complaint about this FedEx Office Print & Ship Center is its congested parking lot which is shared with several other businesses that are visited regularly from sunup to sundown. ~Blessings~ Thomas G

I waited 10 minutes for the only person on the floor to assist me. She then argued with me that they didn't receive my email order, insisting three times that no email orders had been received that morning and she knew that for certain because she had been there all morning. SPOILER: It was completed and on the counter behind her. Rude, lazy and incompetent...the trifecta of poor customer service.

Went here to send back some clothes I ordered and didn't like. Was in and out in less than five minutes. Employees are effecient and friendly. Easy parking too

Without the nice woman who helped us remained courteous and unflapped it would be a 1 star noting that's only because zero stars Is not an option. Hard to believe a Fed-Ex Kinkos would allow a single worker on a busy day. This is poor scheduling by the manager who allows the store to be minded by one person. You might ask, where's the manager?
