Dan & Leah helped me out. Dan is a new associate; Leah is a seasoned FedEx maven. They were a well-oiled machine. Fluid, confident, knowledgeable, super friendly and funny, and in providing me service also made me feel at ease that my package would arrive per my preferences. They even arranged for me to have a return air bill included and helped me set up a new FedEx account. I could not have asked for more. I'd go back just to connect with them - great people.

Never again. UPS gets my business now. The last straw was with Tiffany at this location. Rude, condescending and miserable. I filed a formal complaint and requested that the manager of this location call me back. No call back. No concern. Byeeeeeee!

Leah is always the utmost friendly and kind. I know not all associates at FedEx wear a smile on their faces but Leah makes your experience there very enjoyable.

I literally have no computer experience. I'm a senior disabled person. I needed a shipping label printed from my google texts account. I called prior to coming in because I had questions and mentioned that I have no experience with computers and would need help once I got there. The other person on the line assured me that someone would help me once I got there. Once I got there I explained the same to an employee that was unjamming paper from one of their xerox machines. I met him by one computer and had a seat to wait. He made sure that I had my credit card to insert into machine on the desk. By saying do you have a credit card? I said yes. I explained I don't know how to log on. He told me that he was unable to help me and he said to himself that he couldn't believe that I am unable to log in. He said that he was unable to help me and walked away. I asked a customer for help but he said that he was pretty busy. I left. I went to Subway and took a look at my bank account. I had a pending charge of $10 from them. I went back to the store and was told that it could be a pending charge. Later someone told me that he didn't log me out. I'm currently waiting to see if any charges will be on my account because of this. I would not recommend this location. I later went to the library near me where they helped me log on and printed a mailing label for me.

I rarely have outgoing shipping needs but recently had a package to send and stopped in for help. There were a few people behind the counter and it took a minute for them to get to me, but after that it was smooth sailing. The clerk helped make sure the items I had to ship were packaged well and talked me through the various shipping and pricing options to make sure I wasn't paying more than I needed to. The reason for the four stars is because of printing, which is what I more frequently stop in for. I have run into major issues with the self-serve printing kiosk. Sometimes my file doesn't show up when I email it in, sometimes the printer doesn't print properly, sometimes I get double charged. Usually there is another kiosk/printer that does work that I switch over to, or someone working will stop by to fix the issue, but it's a maaaajor inconvenience/time suck, and defeats the point of having the printers be self-service... I still get what I need at any rate.

Walked in to pick up print order. Plenty of people looked up, not a single person acknowledged me. Or the person who walked in behind me. One of my orders wasn't ready and I asked how much longer (it was a single paper) and the man helping me, Isaac, had the nerve to point to the people packing boxes and say "you see everyone is working over here" in the most degrading way possible. I don't recommend people who can't be polite to customers work in a place where they are with customers constantly.
