First off it’s Walgreens not FedEx I wasn’t able to express my mail because it wasn’t a real FedEx they need to make the website clear on it being Walgreens so people won’t make the mistake of stopping

I showed the manager where it clearly states up to 55 pounds (it's 40lbs) , and product size no larger than 48" x 25" x 25" my package is 36" x 22" x 22" and they told me NO WAY I AIN'T ACCEPTING THAT ! Bogus Walgreens anyways , in the 10 minutes I was in there , 3 customers got into arguments with the staff . Don't do business there (86th and Cottage Grove in Chicago Il. 60639

Don’t drop off any packages for FedEx at this location. Dropped off my damaged device to them packaged and secure and someone TOOK IT OUT OF THE BOX. Apple advised the box arrived empty. Will be following up with corporate for both FEDEX AND WALGREENS. Unacceptable.
“ Your service box arrived empty at the Apple Repair Center. We need to gather some information.”
