Had a great personalized experience with Brittany and her coworker the other night. I had a large printing order that needed to be done on a deadline and they stayed open late to get it done for me, which I know can be such a hassle. So appreciate the customer service at this location!

Horriable experience . Remind you it's August 18th the mask Mandates starts on the 19th not the 18th . I been shopping all day didn't have any problems . I walk into FedEx most people don't have there mask on including me (check the cameras ) but this huge heavy set black girl named jessika with a bun on top her head decided to bully and target me and tell me if I don't put my mask on I get no service . I explain to her that the mask mandate starts tomorrow she answers me rude No ! Put your mask on ! I was embarrassed and felt humiliated how she was treating me. Like I was the only one in the room that had a disease and needed to put the mask on . On top of that she had her mask not fully on (check the cameras !!!! ) In hard times like this you would think people would be kind to one another but she was so mean and angry . Horriable customer service. I will not be returning

Terrible customer service. They have for hire sign sitting on their door for weeks now. They hire unprofessional , unreliable ppl without basic customer experience. Last person that serviced me not capable of reading, typing, writing and communicating with ppl. With her huge long nails she isn't even able to pick correct key on keyboard.

Terrible customer service, the new clerk made several times critical mistakes, misspelled the address, after I corrected her, she was extremely rude to me!

This FedEx location is close to my home so I tend to visit this store for my shipping and printing needs.A long time ago, the store was dingy with a musty odor. None of the staff were superstars and one or two were actually rude. I dreaded going in there and tried not to as much as possible. It did seem to get better and I had good luck with their customer service.Lately I have gone in to ship holiday packages and print documents etc. several times. One particular employee was back to being sarcastic and snippy. He acted as though he really hated to be there. I returned about a week later and again just recently and was lucky enough to be assisted by a young guy named Brian on both visits. Wow! Management should take notice of this incredible employee who represents FedEx in the best possible light. He was friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with.The store itself has had a bit of a makeover. It looks bright and fresh. The odd smell is gone too. The inventory is nicely arranged and the work stations are always clean. I am really impressed with the "new" store and Brian.I will continue to visit this FedEx location and will look for Brian to assist me. Management should understand that their team members really make a difference.
