Wouldn’t ship my package with a prepaid shipping label barcode that wouldn’t scan and made no attempts to look up the shipping label. They just told me that they weren’t FedEx and that they were “just a retail front for them” and to contact FedEx customer service 🤷♂️

Came in to print and Vince went above and beyond to help me out. Most mailing facilities have people that aren’t very kind but he was extremely sweet and happy to help me out with everything I needed. Will definitely choose this location for all printing and shipping needs from now on! Thanks Vince!

I had a very disappointing experience at 3524 N Southport Ave., Chicago, FedEx location. I arrived right when they opened at 8:00am to ship a package. However the employee on duty, Teresa was uncooperative, unwilling to help, I was told to come back later. When I asked to speak to a supervisor to clear up the issue, I was told that no one was available and that the supervisor wouldn't arrive until sometime between 9:00-9:30am.
It's unacceptable that an employee is allowed to deny service while not fully understanding FedEx's own company policies -- and with no management present to address the situation. This experience showed a clear lack of training and accountability.
Thankfully, there is another FedEx located close by at 20 S. Clark St. The staff there were knowledgeable, professional and processed my shipment. This is how customer service should be.
Do yourself a favor and save yourself frustration. I do not recommend FedEx at 3524 N Southport Ave.

I visited the FedEx location to ship a cell phone internationally to my girlfriend. The staff instructed me to complete the commercial invoice with both my information and the recipient's details, assuring me that they would handle the rest. Unfortunately, the phone has now been confiscated by customs in Colombia due to errors in the commercial invoice that FedEx was supposed to manage. I am now required to hire a private customs broker to secure the package's release. If this is not resolved within 30 days, the package will be deemed abandoned and forfeited.
It's important to exercise caution when choosing a shipping service for international packages. Despite FedEx's assurances of guaranteed delivery, my experience proves otherwise. Some staff members are professional; however, many appear to lack the knowledge necessary for handling such shipments and do not take their responsibilities seriously, suggesting a lack of training and accountability within the organization.

I've stopped by here a handful of times to drop off mainly pre-paid packages to either be shipped or returned, and had no issues. I stopped by yesterday to return clothes and the staff were helpful with selecting the packaging as well as the process of having it sent out. I will continue to come to this location, especially because they have a parking lot.

Outstanding customer service by Theresa! With an hour to close I called in a panic when I realized another printer had missed printed a critical portion of my order. Online said it wouldn’t be ready until the next afternoon and it was needed first thing in the morning. Theresa not only had me email the file to the store directly she called me when the file didn’t come through. Everything printed perfectly. Thank you for going above and beyond. You really saved the day!

Charrisa was upset she was working mornings. Asked for a possibility of an accommodation and had an attitude when I asked. Claimed “we just opened 6 min ago”. Didn’t realize I couldn’t ask a question because they just opened.
