8/9/25 Went to this location on a Saturday afternoon about 12 pm. I had to print something off my flash drive and was having problems figuring out how to work the copier (in conjunction with my gift card). The manager was really helpful. I think Chris was her name (?). She patiently assisted me untill all of my documents were printed, and took the time to teach me how to use the copier. The rest of the staff here is helpful and friendly too. The store is always clean, bright and well organized. I've had nothing but pleasant experiences here, and even mailed packages. One time I had to mail something back to a company, and the contents barely fit the box the company provided. The staff member on hand found a creative way to make it fit the box. I don't remember her name (this was about a year ago), but her and the staff's help is truly appreciated. That's why I always choose this location. I give this location 5 stars and recommend you visit soon....

I have been to this FedEx Kinkos several times now for printing and shipping. Every time I have received great service. This week I went to print address labels which is never easy (why is it so hard for them to print right even when you use the right template?!). Krystal helped me figure it out. She was so patient and kind, it made a very frustrating task manageable.

You know that feeling when things just go right; how it feels really good and satisfactory? That is the experience I had today at FedEx office. 100% in thanks to Crystal who made sure my issue was resolved, 10 out of 10 service.

Super weird customer service, someone asked how can they help me so i said i had to mail some documents. I was instructed to wait at the counter than the man working just walked up and blankly stared at me. Again i said i needed to mail documents then he told me they can’t mail what i needed there, which is fine but what an awkward interaction. If you heard me then you can maybe ask what documents, if you didn’t then you can ask how can you help? lol basic customer service

This place is the best! UPS was going to charge me almost $250 to send what these lovely employees helped me pack up and send for $32.50 - thank you guys! :)

I am a self-employed professional in Chicago. I've been using the Fedex Location for 7 years for shipping and printing. The staff is well-trained, knowledgeable and efficient. Their communication systems with customers are excellent. I'm always notified when a package is shipped there for me to pickup or when an order is ready. Consider me to be a lifelong customer!

The young man who works in customer service is very disrespectful, he shouldn't be there. I just asked to change an address and he yelled at me. The female supervisor is another despotic type. He is thin, with curly hair and green eyes. They really lost a good customer.

First time using fedex printing system yesterday evening 8/12. When asking questions, the man behind the counter became very short with me and when I repeated my question he raised his voice and snapped at me. As someone who also works in costumer service I’m usually more understanding; but there was only 2 costumers including myself in the store. It takes zero energy to be nice.
