I wish I got the young ladies name today who helped me and my son with foam packaging and sending out his computer. She was so nice and helpful I wish I would’ve got her name because it’s rare to get great customer service nowadays and she did she was so awesome

My wife Bonnie Rae and I had some gifts that needed to be shipped but were unaware of the best box to use and best way to ship it. Melvin came to the rescue and all our worries dissipated. His fantastic service and friendly demeanor made our experience excellent. Thank you Melvin!!!

This store can be very hit or miss, especially with print services. 9/10 times there's something wrong with my order, and instead of resolving the issue, I'm met with finger pointing (including blaming employees that aren't working) and nitpicking my instructions, preferences for which I always confirm with the store ahead of time. The store manager is not helpful and can be combative if the store is busy. I get it, stuff happens, but there are better ways to handle things. The last few times orders have also had some pretty exorbitant fees not quoted as part of the initial job, which is making me seriously consider using another store for my print jobs.Shipping is great and can usually be handled quickly. We are excited to see some new faces behind the counter, including Vandoria, who is by far the friendliest and most helpful employee we've worked with at this store. We hope to see her again soon!

I went in to get a printing job done. I was told to email the file to their fedex email and that someone would call me the next day to help me. No one called me, I called, and they told me they would email me the prices. No one has emailed me back, and now my email address i used to send them the file is getting spam mail that I've never gotten before. So in the span of 2 days, FedEx told me they would provide me with service, and instead sold my email and now I'm getting spammed. I also never signed to agreed to anything that would allow FedEx to sell my email address. I use this email address for work and doctors appointments. I've had this email address for over a decade and never had problems with spam emails. This is seriously so infuriating.

I want to give a huge shoutout to an employee at this FedEx who went above and beyond to make my wedding prints beautiful and perfect and on-time.Amir, you slay. Thank you so much for undertaking my project when so many other places in the city couldn’t get it right. You’re a real one!

Ridiculous service ever I got charged 30 dollars for 4 paper and staff was like oh yeah that works like that. Never going there again

DO NOT USE THE KIOSK: Self serve Kiosk wasn't working so the employee asked me to show what was wrong by going through the process again, using my card, multiple times. So I had multiple $10 holds placed on my account. When she said she was going to her computer to see if she could figure out why it wasn't working, I guess the manager told her to go on break. No one informed me. I was standing there waiting like a dope, finally I ask the lady there what's going on and she says the employee went on break. I want no apologies for her attitude as I imagine that is just her personality at this point in her aging process. Just a warning that even after I informed her of what was going on, she did nothing to address the issue with the kiosk, no out of order sign or unplug. So other people will also get a hold placed on their account today for no reason other than the slovenly management of this FedEx.
