This store gets a lot of business but its staff handles customers professionally and efficiently. Special thanks to this location for helping me with my many custom printing requests for my wedding. The staff has always been patient with me trying to get everything just right. Michael, one of the assistant managers, has been particularly helpful. The location does get busy so my only suggestion to customers is to go at off peak hours for special requests.
Thanks again to the staff at this location for helping to make my wedding special!

I lost nearly $200 in international shipping costs because FedEx failed to inform me of key customs requirements when I sent a couple <4 ml perfume samples. As a result, my package is now stuck in customs. Fedex from the destination country is requiring me to hire a customs agent to resolve the issue, while blaming FedEx US. Meanwhile, FedEx US denies responsibility, leaving me stuck in a bureaucratic limbo with no clear resolution. Avoid using fedex if you can.

I came to this FedEx Office to laminate a poster that was very special to me and quite expensive. Unfortunately, they completely ruined it. There’s a huge, noticeable fold running right through the middle of the poster after they laminated it. What’s worse is that no one even apologized. The only thing they said was that they wouldn’t charge me—as if that made up for the damage. No acknowledgment, no accountability, just a careless “oh well.”
If you have something important you need laminated, do not bring it here. They clearly do not take care or pride in their work, and they certainly don’t care about your items.

Rude and not helpful. Staff trys but the Manager is the issue. Good for dropoffs but not getting any printing work done.

I just left this location and the employee River is extremely rude. Horrible attitude and giving dirty looks while I am working with different employee.

I brought my old iPhone here to send back to apple and it was stolen by an employee and never returned to apple. Huge hassle, luckily I had a receipt that said I had sent the phone back with tracking. Would not trust this location with anything of value.

I been a customer for years and I've never had such exemplary service as I received last night. River is an asset to the company. Not only is River professional and efficient, but River is personable and knew exactly how to help me with my project. This is the first time of my life to have boxes sent from The States. I'm so appreciated that this store is opened on Labour Day! And the employee Michael was so nice, considerate and patient. He provides down-to-the-smallest-detail services, and being super helpful when I found out that I need to unbox and repack 6 boxes. Thank you again FedEx, you really made my day!
