Lani was so helpful!!! I had an issue with a shipping label, but she helped me figure everything out and was so patient with me while we sorted my issue out. Also the location is very clean, and organized.

I had a really nice experience tonight with this location and the staff that was working. I was running late on a print project that I was working on and I walked in just before they closed. The person working tonight didn't hesitate to accommodate me; he was super nice and generous with his time, thanks!

I stopped going to this FedEx years ago because the employees were so unfriendly but now everyone is super nice, polite and willing to help… and I find the prices lower than UPS. Its still a bit high but my packages always arrive in good condition.

The woman with bright red hair who assisted me was very rude. She had a really bad attitude and smelled like cigarettes. I’ve been to this location before and had no issues but not sure if I will be coming back because of the bad customer service I received by her.

I frequently need to print and ship things for work and despite this location being a block from my house I rarely go there... but every few months when I'm in a hurry I stop there thinking it will help, and am swiftly reminded why I don't use it. Some of the staff is incredibly rude to the point where you almost have to haggle with them. Like if you say, "no I don't usually ship by box," and they don't listen, so you go through the whole process just to find out that shipping by box is twice as much as the way you told them. And for fun, on the way out you should use the printing machines that are constantly unable to pull your documents from the internet just to waste another 20 minutes of your time. Horrible experience, I'd name names, but their being there with each other is punishment enough for how they act.

Entered at a non-busy time and was rudely told to take all my packages over to the self-scan desk. Which was a struggle in itself trying to learn and use their convoluted tool, of which the Dropbox at the end when you’re done scanning was locked up.After the first scan, I was told to go the desk and drop the package off anyway. What was the point of all of this? I have no interest learning how to become a FedEx employee, that is why I came to the store to be helped by someone’s job it is to do this for you.

Just came to get a passport photo. Last 3 passports, I used a white shirt and a black tie for my photo. This place is saying they can’t do it because I have a white shirt. Go someplace else. Anywhere else.

Stellar customer service! The team here is fantastic. I recently visited during a busy time and the team member was pleasant, patient and helpful when attending to me as well as all of the customers ahead in the line. I feel valued as a customer and will undoubtably use this location again for all of my shipping and printing needs.
