In a world where I am constantly trying to find people capable and competent enough to fill managerial positions, when I experience excellent customer service and people who go above and beyond for customers, it really stands out. I had an experience like that Today at this FedEx location in Bucktown with an associate named Justin. I’m not sure if he was a manager or not, but if he isn’t, he should be. I would love to have somebody working for me like him. I came in with a very odd item that I needed shipped- a surfboard, And he spent
time helping me figure out a way to get it to Florida. He took the time to help me configure some boxes to get it packaged and shipped. He was courteous, helpful, and kind. Very much appreciated

Lovely place but there’s a parking attendant that wait for you to park then puts a lock on your wheel. $170 to take it off.

Do not ship with fed ex. I had a fragile package delivered that i had to return because delivery driver was throwing package around even though it was labeled as fragile. When i asked him why he was throwing it around when it was labeled fragile, he began to mock me and swear at me. Very unprofessional driver and company

This place deserves a much higher rating. I've used them a few times now for larger prints and they consistently provide amazing customer service. They walked me through the print options and then when I found a minor smudge on a print, they quickly reprinted it while I waited. The employees also feel like they all genuinely enjoy working with one another and that makes the vibe all the friendlier. Highly recommend.

Hillary is truly amazing! She is always professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and so kind. Over the years, she has assisted me many times, with the latest being just a week ago. I visited the store to print my resume for a job event, but the print came out with lines on it. Without hesitation, Hillary reprinted it for me and even upgraded my paper as a nice gesture. She really is the best!

The convenience of there being a parking lot is what keeps me returning to this FedEx Office Print & Ship Center. My visits always pertain to either printing out my Poshmark shipment labels or printing any type of paperwork that I may need out of its 'print & go' machine which is exactly as it is: print and go!
Never once have I ever waited in order to use a print & go machine because of there being a few within the workspace area; the print & go stations are very convenient.
In spite of it being a parking lot at this location, the lot is small. However, if you ever struggle with finding a parking spot there is residential parking, as well as pay by the plate parking in the surrounding area.
With there being an ample of restaurants and businesses you can always expect there to be traffic in this part of Wicker Park, especially during the late evening hours! So, I recommend choosing wisely the time of the day you visit, or you might be subjected to altering your driving route or stuck in traffic waiting because of that and where this FedEx Office sits.
I do recommend this FedEx Office Print & Ship Center any day over the nearby (1711 W Division St Ukrainian Village) location which lacks consistent parking in the surrounding area of its location which can be a headache.

I needed passport photos and some documents copied. It was calm in there and the workers were friendly! Benjamin helped me out a bunch, took my photo and let me make sure my hair was all fixed up before taking it. thanks y’all!
