This FedEx has been my go to for printing transparencies for screen printing for 3 years. They typically provide awesome reliable service but today Lamar went above and beyond to assist me. I arrived before my print order was ready because I was in a hurry and he prioritized my pickup. For anyone else like me who is a last minute planner, be sure to call ahead - I will do the same! FedEx is terrible. They couldn't deliver the package the first time and when I paid the sender to re-send it to this location, I never received updates and never got a text about my shipment arriving. By the time I checked, they returned it to the sender AGAIN. I am now out $100 and would need to pay it again to have it shipped back.
I'll never use FedEx again if I have the choice.

I worked with Ryan to get an item printed and she was so helpful! I really appreciated all of her help! She helped when there were access issues with my file, cut my print to appropriate size and recommended the best type of paper to print on.

Thanks to Lamar, I had a fantastic experience at this FedEx location! I needed to have my 800+ page medical board exam textbook de-bound and spiral-bound, which can be tricky due to its size. After reaching out to multiple FedEx locations, this store responded quickly, letting me know they could help and would try to keep it as one book (which I really wanted, although I knew it might not be possible).
When I dropped it off, I was informed that it would likely need to be split into two, but they made note of my preference. When I picked it up the next day, I was thrilled to see they had managed to keep it as one book! Lamar, who assisted me at checkout, mentioned that he had worked on it and put in extra effort to make it happen because he understood how important it was to me. His kindness and dedication truly stood out.
I was so impressed that I told a classmate about my experience, and she went to the same store specifically to ask for Lamar. The service was outstanding! I highly recommend this location for all your spiral binding and printing needs!

Lamar is amazing! I sent a print order that had an issue I did not notice in my file. Lamar proactively fixed the issue and had my print order ready on time. This saved me good money and lots of time. So impressed! This is the epitome of top customer service!

Had a great experience using their large format black and white printing service. It’s super affordable way to make 3x4 foot prints.
I was able to upload my file online and they had the order ready jn 7 minutes. Great service. Friendly staff.

FedEx hires the most incompetent delivery drivers. My packages get delivered to the wrong address more than they should. I’m not sure why it’s so hard to read DOOR numbers correctly. Ridiculous.
