Lamar was extremely helpful and friendly. He really helped me when we had a tight deadline. Really appreciated it, especially given how busy he was. His manager at this location was also lovely and patient with us. Thank you for all you do!!

Express delivery came to the wrong address multiple times even after I gave directions to a FedEx rep over a phone call and left a note on my door. Had to pick up the package from this location bc ppl can't read.

Absolutely garbage. Drivers are lazy. Will walk up on your porch without the package intending to only leave the door tag they dont ring the bell or knock. RIDICULOUS!!!!

Stopped by to mail something and no one was at the desk.
Waited a few minutes and a guy came out and said he doesn’t work for Fed ex and said he hasn’t seen anyone and they are usually standing at the desk. Coffee cup was there🤷🏻♀️

Won’t accept my package even though I’m was sent from another FedEx location to this hub because my package was large with prepaid label printed. Waste of time and effort.

The staff at this office stayed late on a Saturday to get my package when I arrived just at closing and they were so nice, you have great staff!

Was told initially that because my prepaid label did not print clearly that they couldn't guarantee delivery of the package and couldn't reprint the label. The FedEx employee then proceeded to grab the package from me while not answering my question about whether it would be actually delivered. It appears they meant to say they couldn't guarantee the date of delivery (I hope). I've never had someone grab a package from me that was still in my possession. Probably the most unprofessional behavior I've ever seen at a shipping center.

Horrible, left a note on my door to ring buzzer, was home waiting all day just for them to leave saying no one was available to sign. Would leave zero stars if possible.

The FedEx Ship Center was okay.
It was the FedEx delivery Driver not following the Shipping Instructions.
Twice I had to wait 2days that I paid extra Money for and Next Day Delivery. And On Top of that I had to Drive Twice to The Division Location.

FedEx should follow the deliver upon signing for packages. I've had quite a few packages dissappear. At this point I believe the drivers are taking my items...They never have an accurate time or date! I get the delivered email wayyyyyyyy after the time.... Never had these problems with UPS.
