Absolutely do not have them deliver anything to you. Call customer service, scream into the phone because their automated service takes forever to get anyone, and then request the package to be held at a store location. Incompetence is at its maximum.

FedEx is by far the worse delivery company there is! I’ve received a “delivery attempted” notice via email when the delivery was never attempted. I contacted customer service in which was no help at all and can barely understand their broken English. They give you an ETA and allow you to follow the driver through the map but that doesn’t help either as the drivers never attempt to deliver anything and sits in several spots for long durations just to say BY END OF THE DAY which in other words means tomorrow or the next day after. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

If i could give 0 stars i would. They steal packages. Its the holidays and the driver said my package was delivered 10:59am I went outside to check for my package at 11:00am it wasn’t there. Im very close with my neighbors if my package is left unattended they will keep it safe for me. I have cameras on my house at the top and there was not a package left at my door. Maybe before stealing you should look around….I will be pressing charges and looking for the driver to be arrested. That was cruel.

I want them to deliver my vital documentation and it requires signatures, but I literally stayed at home all day for them to deliver. No one knocked the way, no one call my number even I call the customer service and they said they will call me when delivery. All I get is an deliver attempted and a far away picture from other side of the street.

This facility ONLY offers pickup ... NO DROP OFFS ! I actually went to a local Walgreens location to complete my PRE-LABELED ship out. Warning: Items MUST be pre-packaged AND pre-labeled to be accepted.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMMING TO THIS FACILITY. The lie about everything. They tell you they have the package, a lie. You sit for an hour and get more stories and lies. When you ask to speak to a supervisor they tell you more stories and lies. Its ridiculous. Its sad that you entrust your packages with FedEx and have no recourse or an outlet when the loose the package or refuse to deliver it because the driver was lazy.

Every single time I order something and it comes through Fed Ex, my package is delayed. They tell me one day and I get it two days later. There’s no difference if it’s sunny or a hurricane. They always delay your package. I never know when I’m really going to receive my packages when they come through Fed Ex. Horrible! I never have this problem with UPS or DHL.

The pick-up process after the final delivery attempt was easy. The staff were polite and efficient, and I was in and out within 10 minutes.

Constantly losing packages and when you come to inquire on a missing package they take an unreasonable amount of time to 'research' where the package is--perhaps that's why they're always losing packages.

I live in an area that this center services. I am in an apartment on a busy commercial street with lots of foot traffic. Their delivery services are abysmal.
FedEx's greatest hits include:
-Leaving a new laptop OUTSIDE on said busy street rather than using 10 seconds to ring the intercom, get buzzed in, and leave the package inside. It was very clear from the package that this was a laptop. Luckily, I’d been keeping an eye on the tracking and went outside to grab the package within 10 minutes of delivery.
-Delivering multiple packages to the wrong address i.e. their "proof of delivery" photo was not taken in my building.
-Leaving literally every single package outside when there is a sign clearly posted asking them to PLEASE, again, just ring the intercom.
-Making 8 “attempts” to deliver an important package requiring signature upon delivery. Not once did they ring the intercom for any of those “attempts.” I even posted my phone number on the door for at least 2 of those attempts, did not receive a single call.
For that last incident, we made no less than a dozen phone calls to FedEx to have the package re-routed to the facility so that we can just pick it up. For 4 days, it kept winding up back in the truck, and not getting delivered. We finally showed up to this facility, where it was manually “trapped” and we were finally able to pick it up the next day. Both of the representatives who assisted us at the facility were apologetic and helpful — the only competent FedEx reps we’ve encountered.

Horrible I had to go pick up my package it was never delivered. Fed ex said the address was incorrect. The address was correct. Workers are lazy. I waited over an hour for them to find my package.

Worst delivery service. Their drivers are liars and thieves.
