I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at this FedEx location. I came in to print a passport photo of my newborn—something I’ve done here before for my older children without any issues. This time, they refused to print it, saying they couldn’t because they didn’t take the photo themselves.
What doesn’t make sense is that they don’t work for the passport agency. Their job is to provide printing services, which is exactly what I was asking for. It took them a while to even acknowledge me, and by the time someone finally came over, it was close to 7 PM. It felt like they just didn’t want to help and used a weak excuse to turn me away.
If there’s a new policy, fine—but at least communicate it clearly and respectfully. This was a time-sensitive task, and I left feeling dismissed and frustrated. FedEx should seriously take a look at how this location handles customer service and train their staff accordingly.

They open at 8 am and I’m here at 8:30 am and the doors are closed and no one is inside.

I came in needing to print something quickly, but the experience was frustrating. I waited over 15 minutes before anyone offered to help, and when I did ask for assistance, I was met with monotone responses just telling me to keep waiting because their system might be slow. After that, I waited another 10 minutes while they tried to figure out if it was even working. I ended up going to UPS a block away, and they had everything printed within minutes. I understand things happen, but the lack of urgency and communication made the situation more stressful than it needed to be. Hoping for better service next time.

Took 20 minutes to ship, $17 for a small box and $16 for the shipping. With tax $35.38 for a small box. Next time I’ll just walk my package there

I recently had a terrible experience at FedEx. I went in to convert a medical course book into 10 spring-bound books, and the final bill should have been around $68 or $70 at max. It turns out they added a “priority print” fee to my order without my knowledge or consent. I was never informed about this extra charge, and I certainly didn’t request a rush order. The assistant manager told me that this fee is added to spring binders if the cost go over $50. Are you joking with me. It feels incredibly unfair to be charged extra for a service I didn’t ask for and wasn’t told about upfront. ITS A SHAM charge. Be aware of this scam. I’m not sure why FedEx would do this, but I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Said they would have my print & cut order by 8am. I showed up the next day, and the next worker said it wouldn’t be ready until after 10am. Disappointing.

Terrible customer service this morning I tired to be understandable and patient until he took more care of the other customers that were after me while I’m STILL ONLY WAITING FOR A PIECE OF PAPER TO PRINT OUT …. Then when I asked where’s your supervisor he ends up printing my copy ??

Best Fed Ex location I have ever stumbled into! I need to give a special shout out to Samantha, who was so incredibly helpful in printing the place card for my wedding. She worked with me to make sure the color printed exactly right, and cut/folded all ~200 cards by hand in record time! They turned out to be so perfect. Thank you, Samantha!!

The employees at this location behaved as if they have never shipped a package in their life. A breathtaking lack of concern. They sent me to another FedEx location that was confused by this location’s description of a non-existent box size. There are also apparently no packing products like bubble wrap or packing peanuts. Just a shiftless, apathetic bunch staring at you with deadeyes behind the counter.

It's the little things that turn a good customer experience into a great one. I walked into this location to ship a bundle of documents, and I was greeted warmly by both the manager and one of the associates, both of whom were already busy assisting other customers and could have easily used that as an excuse not to look my way until they absolutely had to.When my turn was up a mere 7 minutes later, the manager quickly and efficiently got the docs boxed up, printed a label, and handed me a receipt with the tracking number enclosed.No fuss. No complications. Minimal wait.I'll definitely come back.
