The employees at this location behaved as if they have never shipped a package in their life. A breathtaking lack of concern. They sent me to another FedEx location that was confused by this location’s description of a non-existent box size. There are also apparently no packing products like bubble wrap or packing peanuts. Just a shiftless, apathetic bunch staring at you with deadeyes behind the counter.

It's the little things that turn a good customer experience into a great one. I walked into this location to ship a bundle of documents, and I was greeted warmly by both the manager and one of the associates, both of whom were already busy assisting other customers and could have easily used that as an excuse not to look my way until they absolutely had to.When my turn was up a mere 7 minutes later, the manager quickly and efficiently got the docs boxed up, printed a label, and handed me a receipt with the tracking number enclosed.No fuss. No complications. Minimal wait.I'll definitely come back.

We've done last minute same day printing at this location a few times and the team is always extremely accommodating and helpful! They could easily turn us away, but they don't and we're eternally grateful for it. This last time it was Sam who graciously helped us print some booklets. However, kudos to the other team members who have helped us in the past as well!

Was just here … avoid this place if you can. Was “helped” by a very rude woman who could not care less about her job or that I have other things to do with my day. She couldn’t have been more unhelpful if she tried. Just go to a UPS store instead.

I visited the store a number of times in the past weeks to print everything I need for my wedding! I printed name cards ,posters, wedding programs and cocktail drink signs. Maria and her team were nothing but helpful and kind. They had quick turn arounds and were very knowledgable. I will go there for all future printing needs .

Helpful location when its open. As other reviewers have said, hours change frequently, store seems to close an hour early on weekdays despite posted hours in front of location.NOT OPEN ON SUNDAYS

I needed a lamented vaccine card copy to get into Lolla, and Justin was extremely helpful and patient with me. Getting everything done was a breeze and I’ve never lamented anything.Highly recommend this shop and be sure to say hi to Justin!

I’ve tried giving this place chance after chance but their staff is horrible. Every encounter I’ve had with anyone at this specific facility is unwilling to help do anything other than respond with a basic monotone answer and DEFINITELY does not want to do anything beyond the bare minimum. Do not go here for anything. Go one more block over to UPS on Washington.
